My daughter (6 years old), myself and both my parents all attend at this clinic.

From our own experiences, NP Jillian Musick herself and another NP Stacy are both great at what they do.

We appreciate the cleanliness at this clinic, how thorough they assess their care, and the wait time is never long either. Staffs are also very nice and friendly, always greets you, and gets things done in a timely manner whether its checking in, or doing the usual procedures before seeing the NP's.

For my daughter, I've switched her from two different pediatrics in town before seeing Musick's Medical and both were not up to par within my experiences. Once I've switched her to Musick's medical, my wait time has never been longer than 5-10minutes most, and my daughter is thoroughly assessed at every visits on a timely manner with NP Jillian Musick.

Within my visits, NP Jillian is very direct and straightforward with her responses when discussing my concerns. She's also very thorough at every check ups appointments.
I appreciate her for never doubting my concerns but rather is direct with me and gets down to the issues and resolves it.

For my parent's care and according to them, NP Stacy is very nice and that she's also very thorough with her assessments on them as well. My parents are both satisfied with this clinic from every visits they had.

Thank you Musick's Medical for the care they've provided for both my family and I.

I was really looking forward to making this office my new PCP. My first and only visit went pretty well. I had a follow up appointment but I ended up in the hospital with a mini stroke. I cancelled the appt. I got a bill in the mail for over 412.00 for my first appt which I have not had a bill for seven years with my insurance. I called to ask about why and the girl that answered said oh you missed your appointment I said I was in hospital with a mini stroke and I cancelled when I got home she said DO YOU KNOW who you spoke with? How insensitive can a person be? I told her I don’t know who I spoke with. She goes well there’s only three of us that answer the phone. I was absolutely shocked At the insensitivity She finally answered my question about my bill and said we kicked it back to the insurance company But not after making me feel like I had done something wrong. No worries folks I will never come back there

This office may look clean and immaculate but the service STINKS!!!! Scheduled appointments for my two teenage boys 1 month + in advance of their appointment in Nov 2023. Filled out the new patient paperwork, and insurance cards were scanned. A few days before the appointment I called to ask about sports physical, front desk had no clue. I asked about flu shots , no flu shots given at this clinic. The day of the appointment I walk in no greeting the front desk was on a personal call, I presented my sons new 2024 insurance cards, no change of insurance, was then asked by the front desk " do you even know if your insurance covers this physician?" Huh? WHAT!? Are you kidding me the day of the appointment you're asking me that? New Year reverify! I immediately had to get on the phone w/my insurance company to do their work. While waiting to be called back, and with other patients in the lobby the front desk then yells across the waiting area "WHAT is your date of birth?" Are you seriously asking for my PHI with an audience? My sons are called back I have sports physical paperwork in my hand, one of the assistants or maybe it was Jillian idk there was no introduction rudely points at the paperwork, says that's gonna cost $25 and you will need to make another appointment. I said okay and we went to another room. At this point I'm literally done with this place. I begin to explain to these people I called and tried to ask about the sports physical and the front desk couldn't answer my questions so I brought the paper in. I'm explaining how I was asked the day of the appointment if my insurance covers this provider and before I could get to me being asked my dob in front of everyone, this assistant or Jillian says , okay this sounds like a bigger problem you need to go, you need to leave. Me and my two boys get kicked out the office, one of my sons is Autistic. Mind you I took off work. I went to a nearby clinic only to get confirmation that this physician is lousy. I was able to get my son's sports physical done at their clinic and set my boys up for new appointments in a short period of time.

***If I could have given zero stars I would have. I didn't get upset until I felt duped that you and your staff had some sense and was hospitable- you defending your front desk while she didn't greet or verify insurance was enough to see when I came in because she was on a personal call and now I see why she couldn't answer my questions a few days earlier is all I needed to see. I could have left then, but I stayed patient then your nasty attitude just put the icing on the cake - sorry you got butt hurt about the truth of your practice, Ms. Musick.

My whole family goes to Musick, we have been with her since she was part of another office like 7 yrs ago. she is amazing to say the least. She takes her time with you and listens to you. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Her office is always clean, the young ladies in the front office are very nice too. She has a great team.

Best and most thorough anywhere!!! This lady ALWAYS does what she says she will do and is compassionate and knowledgeable. She sets a great example for NPs. They should all be as available and fabulous as Jillian!!!

I'm an RN, so I am picky. Jillian is thorough, and very competent. I would give her more stars if I had that option. You need a provider, she is the one. She listens and resolves problems. Professional and kind. You'll keep her. Her staff are awesome!

We're new to the Kingman area and were in the process of seeking medical care for the entire family. We picked Jillian based upon a friend's recommendation and I can't begin to tell you how happy the whole family is with our choice. As new patients she was able to get the whole family in to see her within just a few weeks. Jillian has a no nonsense approach, and tells you like it is. She has a great sense of humor and is easy to communicate with. So far Jillian seems to be familiar with all of our health issues, including an elderly parent that lives with us and has a rather lengthy list. She was thorough with our exams including follow-up's after blood work just a couple weeks later. Doctors we have seen in the past would have ordered the blood work and said they would call if they found anything concerning. If I was smart, I wouldn't write this review and keep her a secret! I would not hesitate to recommend Jillian to another family member or friend in the future!

From the first time I walked into the office the staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient.
I saw Bernice Espinoza FNP for a new patient appt. She was patient, compassionate, professional, thorough, and proactive. It's the first time in decades I have felt this heard, respected, and hopeful at a medical visit.
