Have been using Jim’s pharmacy between 2 states for 15 years. Never ever had one problem in coeur d alene Idaho nor had I had any problem with Gym’s pharmacy in Port Angeles until today? They have gone through so many employees in the last year attitudes have gone downhill and just overall customer service. It’s a shame that the rest of the environment at Jim’s, whether the candy section or the gift section everybody seems pleasant never had a situation with anybody. I did try to give a hug to one girl and that was a huge problem. I had already gifted smoked salmon to one person a pizza to another person, so it’s just the kind of person I am One of the girls look like she could use a hug so I was gonna give her a hug. Manager gave me a phone call and basically chewed me out and then today clearly I was singled out because of one of the type types of medication’s Not the first time they’ve done that to other individuals in the same situation. Unfortunately, there is one good staff member there, but she’s at the mercy of the rest of the. Little click and has to go along. I would avoid Jim’s pharmacy at all costs. If I were you, Walgreens is right down the street instead of just putting in reviews maybe you guys that have issues with Jim Pharmacy should actually take it to the next steps or something might be done Better Business Bureau get a hold of the state rep or the federal rep. All of the things I will be doing I will admit that in leaving after it was all said and done. I did tell the pharmacist how I felt only after pleading for them to just do their job and fill my medication’s. I’ll save the names of those in question for the next phone calls I make regarding this situation. I will be taking up the issue locally and federally . Perhaps in the future, they’ll take into consideration The 50 or so reviews that are
having basically the same issues I am. And how many people just don’t leave reviews of experience the same thing. I would guess a tremendous amount. LOOK AT THERE REVIEWS ON YELP. IF THEY CONTINUE BEING SO RUDE (one tech in particular that many many of the other review ARE SINGLING OUT BUT UNNAMED FOR NOW) they’ll have the same yelp thet have LESS THAN A 3.0 MAYBE JUST MAYBE ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS and rather it THE ONE FEMALE TECH THAT CONTINUE TO BEHAVE Unprofessionally Stirs up, not only the manager, but the pharmacist and somehow gets them in on her little game. IF THEY SIMPLY GOT RID OF HER MAJORITY OF THE PROBLEMS AT THE PHARMACY WOULD NOT EXIST. INSTEAD, THEY TELL A CUSTOMER THAT HE NEEDS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. OR SHE NEEDS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THEIR MEDS AND THEY’RE NO LONGER WELCOME THERE.

I was traveling and some medical equipment was unexpectedly needed immediately while on vacation. Last day in Washington, heading up to Canada in the early morning. No time to spare.

The business owner, head nurse, and a team member from Jim’s pharmacy went out of their way to help me. Each of them provided superior service, clearly cared that my needs were met. They essentially saved my vacation. Simone the nurse came in on her day off to help me. Remarkable.

They should get ten stars for the effort in making a difficult situation turn into win for me. Thank you all very much. World class effort.

I got the rapid PCR test for $170. Results in one hour. Just in time to take the ferry to Canada and get grilled by border security.

Only my second time ever using this pharmacy. I had an excellent experience the first time, but I don’t know what has changed in the last year or so, but both pharmacy techs/assistants that I worked with were very rude and short. One of them was named Akira. I get that working with the general public is difficult, but it costs nothing to be kind. Maybe don’t choose a public facing role if you can’t have at least a little bit of patience. I wanted to change all of my prescriptions to Jim’s because I want to support a local small business, but I’ll never return. Do better. Train your people to be positive and cheerful. They’re hurting your business.
