I was very happy with the care we received from J&M. My husband’s condition deteriorated rapidly and we needed to put a caregiver in place on short notice. J&M came out right away and was able to start the shift the next day. Our caregiver, Victor, was knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. This agency went OVER and ABOVE for a patient of mine. It was an elderly woman that did not speak English and did not have any family in the U.S. Patient wanted to return to her home country and J & M Homecare Services made that happen safely by getting 3 month supply of medications to take with her until she is established in her home country. I would choose them again. Sophia & Natalie were SO PATIENT.
