My 76 year old mother received a rollator from JMS in 2023. The wheel on her rollator keeps coming off. I called JMS and spoke with Tabitha. She explained to me that the rollators should last 5 years and it was explained to me when i purchased it that they don't do repairs. She also stated that it depends on how the rollator is taken care of, which determines how long they last. This lady was so rude, disrespectful, and not helpful at all. I called another medical supply company and they told me to call the number located on the side of the rollator and give them the serial number and see if they have a solution. Ms. Tabitha at JMS had no solution, did not care about us, did not act like she cared, and did not help us AT ALL. It costs nothing to be kind.

Very rude and disrespectful even to our home health nurse. 3 failed machines made us end up back in hospital. They just kept saying we didn't know what we were doing. After the 3rd failed wound vac, we had to go back to the hospital. Customer service is horrible. Avoid this place if at all possible.

JMS is awful I have been waiting on someone to contact me for 3 weeks and they have not yet contacted me about what’s going on with the process of my CPAP. A courtesy call would have been nice besides a bunch of excuses when I contacted them about the person who was handling my paperwork. If they need more help then team up, and help one another, because ppl are not really wanting to work for real including the ones that is working. As we can tell that’s why such ugly reviews ppl don’t care !!!

I had to go back and forth with them and my pulmonary doctor to get them the information that they needed in order to fill my BiPAP order I don't know why they couldn't do their own leg work but it's aggravating to have to do their job for them. I received it yesterday and have a question but it seems though there's no one in the office today that can answer a question about a bypass, how's that for customer service! I sure wish there was some way to get in touch with someone in upper management and let them read the reviews and also let me give them a piece of my mind as far as the sorry service that you receive from this company.
