from the moment i arrived, the staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming. there was no waiting time—i was seen immediately, which is rare and greatly appreciated. the entire process was smooth and efficient, and i received my results right away, providing peace of mind. it’s clear that patient care and prompt service are top priorities here. i highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of imaging services.

The check in, wait time, the actual test, were all fast and professional. A minor point is that on my intake form I volunteered to participate in a study that required a sample but no sample was taken for it. I forgot until later too. The main testing process was executed pretty flawlessly by the 3 staffers I saw ( check in, test support staff, diagnostic technician). This imaging facility has more openings than most in the network so I got a required test done at a convenient time.

Wait times have become incredibly long, particularly in the women’s health department. They are constantly late to see patients (usually about 30+ minutes after your appointment before you’re brought back to start getting vitals etc.) There is also an incredibly rude receptionist there who wouldn’t listen to or relay the misinformation I received about being approved to arrive 15 minutes late to an appointment. This was the first time I was ever late and they cancelled my appointment and now I won’t be seen until May.

The registrar who checked us in was incredibly welcoming and kind. He quickly got us in to have the chest x-ray. The technician performing the
x-ray explained everything clearly, answering all of our questions. We were in and out in 10 minutes and i was very impressed with the staff. Everyone was excellent- from the security guards in the lobby, the registration, and the radiology tech

John Muir urgent care in Berkeley is the best urgent Care I've ever been to. Staff and doctors are kind and caring.
Whenever I have to go to urgent care the facility is clean.
The waiting area only has a few patience waiting for their appointment.
There's hardly any waiting time once you've registered at the counter

I've been going to primary care here for two years. I love Dr. Tetreault and one of the nurses, Chris, is great. It's not easy to get in to see your primary doctor at the last minute (generally the online schedule shows appointments available three months away), but they have fit me in day of to see a nurse practitioner who was helpful. I've always found the front desk to be quick and friendly. Parking is easy in the garage. Overall, I generally have a positive experience here.

To my surprise, when I arrived there was no line and I was told that they could do my xray right away. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Both the front desk person who checked me in and the technician were friendly and fast. Given I had no appointment, this exceeded my expectations.
