Continually have issues with getting refills on medication. The doctor upped my prescription for blood pressure pills but continues to claim my cardiologist should be the one providing refills. But, considering my primary care is the one who increased the dosage, the pharmacy requests refills from her office and not my cardiologist. Every time I try to refill this particular prescription, it is a huge problem. The communication between my doctor and her staff is horrible. There are other medications I have had issues getting refills as well, but it's not as bad as with this one particular medication. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and neither hand cares.
Refills were requested on Thursday. I had to call the office several times and by the time they finally got the prescription refilled, it was too late for me to get there before they closed so I had to do without it. They did not get it into the pharmacy until after 5:00 on Tuesday night. In a few months, I am glad to say I will be leaving and will no longer have to deal with them.

Added:
I have left messages indicating my issues with your office. Just the other day, I requested a 3-month supply of my metformin and you ignored it as usual. It is something I take every single day and probably will for the rest of my life and yet you make me go to the pharmacy multiple times a month to get my prescriptions. Even my cardiologist recognizes what you are doing is not the right thing. Why don't you recognize that? Why can't you give me automatic refills and more than one month's supply at a time? I've come to the assumption that it's because I am unhappy with the way your office works and I have expressed that several times. Even the pharmacist finds it very odd and mentioned that it seems like it is retaliation. If you addressed the problems and corrected them, I would never have left a negative review. I don't want others going through all of the hassle that I have had to go through with your office. Calling you will do no good because you never listen to me anyway.

Some of the worst services I have ever received. After being rescheduled 3 times over the course of a year, I was finally able to get in. Prior to that, I had a problem I needed addressed and was told to set up an appointment with another doctor. As a result of this, my issue was not resolved and I had to pay out of pocket because this did not count as my annual physical. I would have addressed the issue at my annual but that would mean I’d have to actually have the appointment. Once I got in, the doctor was unfriendly and, I’m assuming unintentionally, belittling. Datu was cold and had zero bedside manner. While examining me, she grabbed my stomach and proceeded to comment on how I gained weight and asked “are we going to do something about this?”. I have never experienced anything so shameful in a medical professional setting. I brought up my issue I had been dealing with for the last 4 months and she did not even take the time to examine it. She prescribed an ointment, which I informed her the previous person did and it did nothing, and yet she proceeded. The ointment she prescribed has only worsened the condition and when I tried to reach out, I did not get a response for a few days. She has now sent another prescription, again something I mentioned I tried and it did not work, and then had her nurse call me to let me know. At least have the guts to call me yourself and explain your reasoning. On top of all of this, my annual visit is being coded incorrectly and I am having to pay out of pocket for a visit where I was fat shamed and not helped. It is astounding this practice is still open and that anyone goes, if they are even able to make an appointment.

So my experience comes in the form of her being the on call doctor for my primary care doctor and first she was dishonest with me by saying she would do something and then after she hadn’t followed through with what she said she would do I then called her back via the answering service several times for several hours and she couldn’t even have the decency to call me back. I will be filing a formal complaint against her for discrimination.
