JSP Site Solutions did a wonderful job removing two large Maple trees that were overhanging my house. I contacted them on their web site and they called me within 30 minutes and we met for an estimate withing three days. The job was done the following week with a large crane. The arrived at 7am, set up and were completed by 10am. They had to lift the trees over my house with the crane and feed them into their chipper. The entire process was very professional and watching the crew work was masterful. I called 7 other tree service companies, one showed up and didn't have the equipment to do the job and the other 6 companies never called me back. I highly recommend JSP Site Solutions for your tree removal and maintenance needs.

We are extremely impressed with this company. We had hired another to remove a huge approx 40ft high maple that had been badly storm damaged and was a danger to the house. The first company removed all the branches and stopped leaving a 2 story high tree 10 ft. diameter trunk. JSP came to give us an estimate only days after I contacted them. The cost was less than other companies we had estimates from. They came 3 days after that. It took them only 45 minutes to remove the humongous trunk and clean up. When they left, you would have never known they were here except that the tree was gone. We were amazed. The workers were very pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked. We are so pleased.

Jake and his crew were great. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The showed up on time, removed 10 giant oak and maple trees and cleaned up all after math branches, leaves and woods. Even though we live almost an hour from their site, they didn't hesitate to bring their heavy duty booms and box trucks to do the job. Their work was so impressive that our neighbors hired them while they were working at our trees. I would hire them again & highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal. I cannot say enough wonderful things about JSP Site Solutions. This is a company from Massachusetts who came down to Asheville, North Carolina to assist in the relief and recovery after Hurricane Helene. Jake and his crew have helped so many people in need in the western North Carolina area.
We hired Jake and his Team to remove numerous trees, most damaged by the Hurricane. Jake came out to give us an estimate. He stuck to the estimate with no add-ons or hidden costs. He brought in a crane since most of the trees we needed taken down were 50 or 60 feet tall. Jake and his crew worked tirelessly for a full day, barely taking a break for a quick lunch. They cleaned up the area where you could barely tell they had been there!
Jake was honest, gave great advice, and kept all of his promises. The most impressive thing I WILL NOT forget, is at one point during the day he knocked on our door and said he couldn't cut down one of the dead trees. Come to find out there was an eastern Screech Owl living in this tree and he showed sincere concern by not wanting to cut down the tree due to the Owl living in this tree. My admiration for him grew even more as we have a non-profit specializing in the rehabilitation of birds of prey! We did not cut that tree down.
I highly recommend this company for any tree services that you may need. He'll be around for a long time as he has decided to move and live here with his lovely family.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They came to Asheville to help in the aftermath of Helene. I was lucky enough to find them through Angi’s list. We had a major tree that needs to be removed ,and Jacob , the owner, called and talked with me and when he learned we could not return home until the tree was removed, he went to our house right away and the next day had a crew that professionally took down the tree. Jacob and his wife were so kind and compassionate, and the crew did a fabulous job and now we can be back in our home without fear of the unstable tree crashing down. I am so thankful. I found JSP Landscaping on Home Advisor and hired them to clear over 500' of overgrowth along my property line on my 10 acre piece of property. They did an amazing job- cleared brush, cut trees and even re-built an old, falling farmer's wall and made it look like it did 100 years ago. I was so impressed, I now use them for my annual spring clean-ups and maintenance of my over 5 acres of manicured lawns; and for reliable slow plowing and sanding during the winter months. I like that they offer an affordable, 10 day mowing rotation because it allows me to keep my property looking like a magazine cover on a budget. They are a responsive and reliable plow contractor and their landscaping is professional and meticulous! Workers are always polite and accommodating.
