This seems to be the only diet that works for me. By the way it’s not really a diet. It really is a new way of life, Jumpstart teaches how to eat right, loss weight and keep it off. They encourage you and help you through the times when you plateau with your weight loss. I love going into the office every other week to weigh in. It makes you accountable. Jumpstart is worth every penny! Not only will you look better, you will feel better and have more energy because you have shed all those extra pounds. It’s a bit tough in the beginning, really all you have to do is listen and stick to rules. Find foods you like to eat within the diet and snacks to get you through.
