Jupiter Drugs & Medical Supply, as a resident of Jupiter Farms for 32 years, is superior to other local pharmacies. They are like family, they always remember our names, they're promp and courteous and very well stocked with all kinds of medical supplies like walkers, Canadian crutches, HC toilet seats, braces, on and on. For any injuries or disabilities, they must always be the first stop. And, they even have rentals for every type of power wheelchairs, scooters, etc. They're helpful, they deliver, and they knew how to help with our senior parents needs for several years!!!

Very unpleasant man at the door. Did not want to trouble himself to show us wheelchairs unless he knew Medicare would be paying for one there. I had question to ask regarding a second issue, and as I was unleaving he said “good, go away.”

I believed I had a good working relationship with Sanette for a year and a half. After a misunderstanding about stopping my medication, she became rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. She texted strange accusations and would not answer my phone call. Please note that I was never rude or aggressive. I was actually very apologetic for not continuing my medication.A couple of months later I came in to have a completely different prescription filled by the pharmacy. Sanette did not fill it, but instead after I arrived to pick it up, told me that I would need to put a credit card number down and then she would have it ready for me tomorrow. I would be very hesitant to go to this pharmacy again.

Excellent place to have your prescriptions filled, everybody here is super nice and they remember who you are. It's very different than going to a CVS or Walgreens because you're just the number there. The owner Steven is a young guy but he's very knowledgeable.

Just WOW! They shipped my son medicine(I paid for the shipping), and the medicine was NOT well packaged(no bubble wrap or anything), of course, the medicine spills almost entirely, they should know as pharmacists how important that medicine it's for a little kid. They asked for pictures, and I sent the pictures. The male that was on the phone with me told me it was not their problem if the medicine arrived broken, that I should call FedEx for that! Can you imagine? Then he put me on hold, and a female with accent who said she was the owner(named Annette or Sanette) picked up the phone and told me: To explain the whole DAMN thing again! My jaw dropped! I only said, "Excuse me?" and her reply was: Oh no, you are difficult one, nothing will make you happy and more unprofessional, disrespectful things, so before hanging up the phone, I let her know she was speaking in a recorded phone line. I'm shocked and out of words. After all that, they sent me a text message telling me they would send me a plastic bottle for me to pour was left of the medicine. What?

I just read the "owner" reply on the comments, and I'm shocked! So unprofessional, uneducated, and unstable person! No wonder why some employees are also rude and untrained. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! Someone should keep that woman far away from the phone. It's embarrassing!

UPDATE: I JUST TRANSFERRED MY PRESCRIPTIONS FROM THIS AWFUL PHARMACY TO A NEW ONE WHERE I RECEIVED AN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SAME MEDICINE IS $12 CHEAPER, UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I have used this pharmacy for my compound medicine a few years now. I recently moved and changed doctors. The new doctors staff had a question about the combination of drugs and asked me to call the pharmacy to verify. I was put on the phone with the pharmacist who was extremely rude. Asked me why I wanted to know what was in my medication and that my doctor should be able to read what was clearly written on the label. Seriously? I can’t ask what’s in my medication? I was going to continue using this pharmacy and have the medication mailed to me but after that conversation I’m done. I can’t believe the pharmacist was so rude.

I hate to leave a negative review, but I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They acted like I was inconveniencing when I asked a question. There's no excuse for treating customers like this. No customer should be left frustrated.

It's a shame, because I've heard good things about this pharmacy in the past, but the poor customer service I received was a huge disappointment.

Update: The owner called and was just as rude. Wow!
