I wish there was a way to give one thousand negative stars for this terrible management hospital. What a shame!
We have arrived at the ER around 12pm, the Dr. was nice and polite, but outside of that the nurse was absolutely lost between rooms, didn’t know which case to go and she is not very personable at all. They just don’t follow up with the patient. We had a choice between Palm Beach Gardens Medical or the Jupiter Medical hospital in Jupiter since we live near the Jupiter one we decided to come here. After the first introduction they just left us there for over one hour, then the nurse finally showed up collected blood and after that told us to return to the waiting room outside bc they needed our room to someone else. We are now sitting in the waiting room lobby watching people arriving and being called up for over 3 hours and no one comes to tell us anything. This is the most disrespectful treatment and unorganized facility I have ever seeing. Not even 3rd world country would disregard a patient so poorly. Absolutely disgusting my husband is in pain and we are freezing in this lobby!!! Do not make the mistake to come here. This is torture, by far not a caring place to make you feel better!!!😢

This center has excellent doctors , but extremely bad doctor too. There is a department called patient experience, when you suppose to call for help or send an email. No one help you , they answer the phone 1 time and then, never again. You send and email, they supposed to answer in 3 business day. Never happens. It is incredible how the excellence does not exist in this center. ( my opinion)

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and compassion I experienced at this ER. After waiting nearly four hours, with little to no communication from staff, I encountered Nurse David, whose demeanor was nothing short of rude and dismissive. Rather than offering even the slightest bit of understanding during an already stressful situation, he was curt, impatient, and completely lacking in bedside manner.

Emergency rooms are meant to provide urgent care with compassion and efficiency, yet this experience was the exact opposite. There was no sense of urgency, no empathy, and no concern for patients who were clearly in distress. If this is the standard of care, then serious improvements need to be made—both in staff attitude and overall patient management.

I sincerely hope that hospital leadership takes patient care seriously and addresses these issues. No one should have to endure hours of waiting only to be met with disrespect and indifference.

10/10 Experience at Jupiter Medical Center.

I was admitted on March 16th and discharged on the 17th, and from the moment I walked into the ER, I was blown away by the efficiency and kindness of the entire staff. I saw a doctor quickly, and even while in pain, they prioritized my comfort before running any unnecessary tests—something I’ve rarely experienced at other hospitals.

Although I had to be admitted, the care on the 5th floor was absolutely outstanding. My main nurse, Sophia, was incredible from start to finish, as were the nurses before her and everyone I encountered—including the food service team, who went above and beyond. Someone even came in just to check on my comfort, which truly made a difference.

I’ve, unfortunately, been to the hospital quite a bit, but I’ve never felt more comfortable, cared for, and genuinely valued as a patient. Huge credit to the entire team at Jupiter Medical Center—you guys are doing an amazing job! Thank you!!

This place has no sense of direction in the hospital even at the front desk. Most of the staff congregate that do not ask if somebody needs help unless they are approached (icu room ). I would think in an icu room would be much less talking to coworkers then i would have ever expected. But, nope it there was about 8 I counted huddled up at a desk. I will say one nice lady nurse from the icu did help take us to the correct room base on what knowledge we knew since the computer system apparently didnt find my mother in law with in it.
I’ve been to this hospital for over 20yrs. Thank god, not with myself and seen terrible under staffing, nurses that are abusive as in leaving patients alone for drastically long times, lack of care, lack knowledge, x ray rooms are tread like assembly lines (no consideration for servers handicap individuals, and doctors whom dont spend enough time taking care of the patients. Expect dr Fuquay (the best). To add: This place should have an app now to use to know where hospital rooms in certain divisions are located. Get your stuff together, seriously poor , poor performance.
But place looks good on the outside….
Put the money towards a better staff for the public!

Dr Adam Sienkiewicz was my doctor for my emergency room visit. We’re all human, but this man had zero care, empathy, or proper bedside manner whatsoever. Called security on my parents for wanting to stay with me and understand what was going on. A nurse put his hands on my mother for wanting to stay. I went in for an IV and got sent on a 3 day hold simply for being intoxicated ( with a history of depression but I explained that I have a team I work with )
I’d recommend just leaving if you get this doctor or he’ll try and run up your insurance as much as he can or treat you like a criminal for some reason.

We had an amazing labor and delivery experience here. My baby boy was breech so I underwent a very calm, uneventful c-section. The nurses were amazing, and the FOOD. Why is the food so good here We didn’t want to leave.

I am blown away by the team at this hospital. Highly highly recommend their ER services and beyond 10/10!! Thank you to EVERYONE who helped care for me! To the receptionist who checked me in at the ER, to nurse Holly who swiftly performed my triage, recognized the critical state of my condition, advocated for and provided my initial care, to Dr Bruno my ER doctor who helped identify what was making me ill with the help of some amazing CT/US and ECG techs, and then sought the specialty guidance of Urologist Dr Daniel Caruso, who came in from his home to consult on my condition and ultimate stayed to provide the complex procedure my condition required on a Sunday night during Super Bowl no less, to the fantastic anesthesia team led by Dr Thomas Hernandez and his team, to the lovely PACU and recovery nurses Aubree and Diane who helped me keep my cool and give me a good laugh and all of the wonderful nurses who took such excellent care of me thereafter until discharge (Kari, Rohan, Jude & Katrina). I appreciate each and every one of you and I am so grateful for everything you do for people like me and more importantly how you do it, in such a loving and kind manner with true passion and honesty.
