What a positive experience with the 'Front Desk' at the Jupiter Medical Center's Medical Records office I had this morning, Feb 27th. I interacted with a lovely, highly knowledgeable young woman by the name of Cheyanne. She mentioned how pleased she was that I brought the correct information to request specific MRI imaging for my physician. On her desk was a little sign which read: 'you matter', and, I truly felt that I did!

Editing my review unfortunately - this place is absolutely horrible. We brought out two 11 month children to this lab for blood work. The techs were fabulous. However, the level of incompetence from this administrative office is astounding. They requested that we have our primary doctor send over a medical release form which is absurd but whatever. They gave us multiple fax numbers that were incorrect. Every time you call they have a different excuse and a different fax number. It’s been three weeks of phone calls our twins are now behind on their brain development medication all because of the incompetence of this office. Truly horrible service. Do not go here for infant blood work you will end up wasting days of your life for something that should be very basic.

I had my second biopsy and Port placement at Jupiter medical center two weeks ago. Again, Dr Confas performed the procedure. He reassured me, and explained in detail what would be done. He takes time and encourages questions.
He Saved me from having two procedures, as he was able to do both, at the same time. I am so happy that he is my doctor.
This is my third review. I am doing so in the hope that any other woman who might be face with bilateral breast cancer, or any cancer, will learn a little bit more about Jupiter Medical and its staff , when making the difficult choice in choosing a hospital for treatment. I feel I am getting the very best care from supportive and caring providers.

I would also like me to mention my nurse, Daniel, who was kind professional, and took great care of me prior to the procedure. This diagnosis has been very stressful and Daniel helped. eased my anxiety.

Were my anesthesiologists. They were absolutely wonderful. They explained the procedure and assured me they would remain with me every step if the way .
. That was very reassuring.
I’m am happy that I chose Jupiter medical center.

Utterly incompetent and disorganized. The staff is rude and uncompassionate. They treat customers like dirt. They never have anything ready when they say they will. I would never do business with them if I didn't have to. As it is, I'll be using Cleveland Clinic whenever I have a choice.
