Getting an appointment was fairly easy about 2 weeks. The front desk was curtious and no waiting which is why I gave 2 Stars because that's where the postive experience ended. As a new patient I would have expected some level basic research about my medical history and a basic level of an exam at least, nope !! Never touched me and didn't know any of my medical history prior to meeting me. I was told I must go see at least a half dozen specialists before they will even consider to continue my currently well managed medical conditions. It was explained that is the requirements as being part of the Jupiter Medical Center Network.. They didn't want a follow up for 6 months until all those requirements are met. I guess that's the way to extract as much $$ as possible from a patient across as many specialist as possible. Unless you are wealthy and have plenty of time on your hands this is probably not the place for Primary Care because they are just a booking agent for many more doctors they will require you to see. As a side note, I have now found a new Primary Care Physician and as expected, my medical history was understood prior to my visit, I got a complete medical examination and my well managed care will continue through them with no issues. Regular blood work to monitor everything just as it has been for the past 30 years. Do not bother with JPC Physicians group. They are non-standard as a function of Primary Care.

I had a terrible experience with Dr Zelnic. He rushed into emergency surgery. Saying I had an issue with my colon. I had severe
Back pain that was not eased at all with the surgery. He said he removed scar tissue from my colon. I have never had surgery on my stomach, so therefore should not have scar tissue.
After my experience I have spoken to two other people that also had terrible experiences with him..
I told him my pain was still there. He said
Maybe you have kidney stones. When the cat scan was done, kidney stone was ruled out and he determined a need for colon surgery.
He was very dismissive.

my first visit as i need a local primary care physician. my initial interaction with the front desk staff was great. very friendly and efficient. since this was my first visit with dr. schwartz he was obviously following protocols for a new patient. he preread my paperwork and quickly prescribed 3 vaccinations i needed along with several recommendations for other physicians in the area. he did this automatically, which i appreciated, as i will certainly require these services in the future. he also prescribed necessary blood work which again i am happy about. after all this he asked for the purpose of my visit , listened to my complaint and mapped out a plan for treatment. he is very direct and efficient. he answered any / all of my questions. my first impression is very favorable. my next visit is in 2 weeks to discuss the results of my tests .

Excellent physician! I like Dr. Schwartz. He speaks with his patients and helps them determine the real risk and value of different treatments. With his help I have lowered my blood sugar and weight while reducing the number of my medications and improving my health through diet.

I have been going to Dr. Schwartz for over a year now, I can't find a better Doctor. Dr. Schwartz listens and gets results. He has found problems that no one else has , sent me to a couple of the best specialists in the area and have fixed my problems. Without his care and ongoing service I don't think I would have ever been treated this good.

I walked in and the receptionist didn’t even say hello. Then she lectured me because I didn’t have paperwork printed and I was 15 minutes early to fill it out. The doctor was also very rude to me about not having paperwork. Very unprofessional.

About terrible hospitality. The lady who answered the phone on sept. 1st, 2020 was enough reason to just not book an appointment here. Absolutely unprofessional.

I would not recommend Dr. Howard Schwatz. I would recommend WebMD over Dr. Howard Scwartz. You should find a qualified physician who will help you.
