RUN don't walk to have a visit here!! The owner Sid is amazing. I am traveling from out of state & (sick with the gunk, I felt awful) just got lucky happen to be walking past & saw the sidewalk sign, went inside & boy am I glad I did.
She's literally the nicest person, gave me help with local suggestions too.
Today I had the heated infrared biomat, salt cave, ionic foot soak / salt scrub & now feel so much better!
I've done many of the above treatments but hers are just a level above the rest! I've never had so much "show up in a soak" so I know the machine is high quality.
You also get headphones / sound therapy while experiencing the salt & she'll walk you through breathing exercises before you get started. Covers you with a warm blanket & nighty-night off to nap land.
The lobby has many great gift items from rubs, jewelry, scrubs, soaks, detox items to stones / crystals & they even get pretty gift bags.
If I lived closer I'd be here weekly!!

The owner said in her staff are amazing, very professional and very knowledgeable and the experience was amazing. We took our family there for the detox, pedicures and reflexology and the salt cave as a Christmas present we go there quite often highly recommend it.

A rainy day on vacation led us to my first experience in a salt room. Despite being apprehensive, the owner was well informed and very comforting. I loved my experience and feel as though I need this in my life weekly. We did an hour and it was incredible. A MUST!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Literal life saver! My mom is suffering from horrible uncontrolled asthma. I was researching retreats and natural methods for treating it because all the medicine was not working. I found trips to the dead sea and salt therapy. Then I looked up the closet salt spa and found Just Breathe. My daughter and I went with my mom the first time. We were put in a private room on zero gravity chairs on a bed of rock salt. We were given relaxing music, covered with fresh blankets and then had the lights turned down. It was extremely relaxing hour. My mom coughed a couple times but felt better. The owner Syd woke us up gently and then gave us a tour of the facility. They have a more intense booth. My mom signed up for a week of sessions in the booth and now feels noticeably better. She even did some light exercise after the last session. Very grateful to have found such a great place, on Cape Cod. Bonus, kids are free with the adult, my 10 year old thought it was cool too.

I love going here. It’s relaxing and peaceful. Syd is great. I love chatting with her and always learn something new. It is nice and clean and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. The salt room helps my breathing and I get a much needed timeout. She has special events and does detoxing foot baths which are also amazing. A must try for all. I’m a regular.

This is my happy place. I first came to Just Breathe in December and I can’t say enough good things about it. I usually do the salt room/ biomat combination. My skin , joints, breathing and disposition have reaped benefits. Syd is awesome, accommodating and informative. You will be in good hands!

A True Gem! Will Definitively Be Going Back.
My aunt found Just Breathe when we spent a week in Hyannis. We went in for a salt room treatment and enjoyed it so much we went back every day while we were there. The salt room treatments are heavenly. They have really helped improve my breathing and reducing my stress and anxiety. And my skin looks and feels better too. Every time I leave, I feel like I am floating on a cloud. The foot detox treatments are great too. Sid , Lisa and Brooke are so friendly and caring. They have such reasonable prices and even give discounts for seniors, students, etc. . They have a few few Groupon specials going on right now. People should definitely give this place a try!
