Spent hours and hours on the phone with this company, I have good insurance, approved authorizations and all paperwork successfully submitted. A CPAP Resupply and AirMini order all took months of calls, with absolutely nothing to show for it. Had to go with another DME provider in the end. What a waste of time and effort. Go with another company.

Kadence was did a superb job getting my CPAP machine. They answered all emails and calls quickly and verified the insurance and delivered the machine in less than 1 week! I had originally tried with another vendor in town, that still had not verified my insurance after 6 weeks.

Kadence has great followup and ensures I have all the needed supplies.

My oxygen concentrator stopped working last night. I twice left messages with their "urgent" number ("We will respond in 20 minutes."). No one responded. I tried calling their other numbers, always got a robot telling me to leave a message. I left several, no response. I am feeling the effects of no oxygen supplementation. My helper is considering driving 15 miles to their office to get help. My history with Kadence has been unsatisfactory (I thought Ieft a review detailing the many problems I've had with them, but I don't see it here.) I may end up in the ER because of their non-response to my calls today.

I appreciate dealing with the folks at Kadence. I have been getting my CPAP supplies from them for about a year now. Customer service has been good and they remind me to reorder in time so I always have them. After the order, my supplies arrive on time and the order is always accurate. One time there was a problem, totally my fault, and they fixed it cheerfully without extra charge.
