My fiancé gave birth a few days ago at Kaiser in Baldwin Park. We had many complications and stresses that were very frightening and overwhelming. I did not know what to expect going in but as soon as we got there, the staff took care of us. Labor and delivery nurses, doctors, specialists, midwives, anesthesiologists, all stepped up and made us feel safe and welcome. There was not one moment where we were not checked up on as well as never a moment where our needs weren’t met. No question was too dumb, the staff was patient and understanding, and the staff was extremely positive during every situation we faced. Me and my fiancé had a safe and healthy delivery. We are currently in postpartum care with our new born. Same thing, no question is dumb and most importantly if at any moment we needed them to step in to help, they were very sweet. No matter what time or the request. I have never felt better in a hospital before this experience.

An absolute wonderful experience at this hospital. Giving birth can be just a scary and lonely feeling but at Kaiser Baldwin Park it’s quite the opposite. I was constantly surrounded by patient care and knowledge. I felt heard, seen, and understood my whole stay. My nurses were fantastic! If you are giving birth you have so many amazing nurses to choose from and can tell they love their job. They are all very good at different kinds of care. The nurses who stood out to me the most were Jocelyn (night nurse) She was fantastic and was really all about me and constantly made sure that I was given a voice and comfortable in the room. Laura Correa who was so kind and constantly made me feel safe and has a great/ warm personality she really makes you feel comfortable. Karen was awesome throughout the night and would constantly show me how to do certain things and ensured I got rest by helping me with the baby. Yasmin was all around kind and great company and answered all my questions. I feel so confident in going back for my second birth knowing they are there to support us.

I couldn’t be more thankful for the help from staff here at Kaiser. Following the birth of our newborn baby girl, we were in good hands. Everyone was very polite and took great care of us. The food was delicious and well prepared, and our room here was comfortable. I feel home, here at Kaiser ❤️

I had an exceptional experience with Kaiser Baldwin Park-Dr. Tran, and (our anesthesiologist) Dr. Williams, along with the entire ENT team. From pre-op to surgery and recovery, every department exceeded our expectations. My wife, our two little ones, and I felt comfortable, well-informed, and treated with genuine kindness throughout the entire process of their tonsillitis procedures. While I know Kaiser may not meet expectations for everyone, for my family, this was a 5-star experience.

I usually have negative things to say about hospitals, but this particular experience was different in the best way possible. I wanted to make sure I speak up on a well deserved good review because people rush to make negative reviews.
I recently had a family member discharged from 4E at the Baldwin Park Kaiser. The nurses were so kind, thoughtful and thorough. The information they gave us and the follow care was well explained. They really made sure we understood. I was shocked when they gave us a Fast Pass for the pharmacy to ensure our discharge process was faster. I didn't even know something like that existed until they told us. I just wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for the entire team. They were so good to us, and just made which was a horrible situation more pleasant. We felt more confident going home with the after care instructions we received. And that Fast Pass was like a golden ticket! Thank you all for the gentle care, knowledge, and making our discharge so easy. My words could never be enough for your kindness and information we received. Many Blessings to the team in 4E who made a difference with this Family!

I had an amazing experience with the Mother & Baby Unit, NICU, and L&D team. The care, compassion, and support from the staff were truly exceptional. They made me feel comfortable, reassured, and well taken care of during such a special time. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness and dedication to both me and my baby!

The OB/GYN staff at Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park have been absolutely amazing. Due to pregnancy complications, I was admitted to the hospital for an extended period, and the care I’ve received has been nothing short of exceptional. The doctors take the time to answer all of our questions—no matter how many we have—and check in with us daily, ensuring we feel informed and supported. The nurses are equally incredible, providing optimal care while diligently managing medications, vital checks, and all necessary treatments.

I am truly grateful for the outstanding diligence, compassion, and professionalism of the entire team. Their kindness and dedication have made a challenging situation much more manageable, and I deeply appreciate everything they are continuing to do for us.

I feel bad for the people that are just showing up.
It is very unorganized specially because they are doing construction in the emergency area. If you need help go to another emergency room
