The Doctor couldn't wait to run out of the room and get away from me. Didn't really thouroghly explain anything and didn't seem to care about my ear or my blood pressure. She didn't care. Referred me to ENT for additional ear appt but didn't go into detail about anything else and didn't seem to care to ask me anything additional. She didn't want to get to know me or my health concerns. Worst care and worst doctor appt I've ever had!

I would like to give a shout out to the amazing team at Kaiser Permanente Carlsbad optometry department. I had a delicate issue with a contact lens falling apart in my eye. It was painful and I could not get it out on my own. I walked in there without an appointment and asked them what I should do. The reception team was amazing and they were able to get me in to see the doctor right away. Had it not for them, I may have had serious damage to my eye, and I probably would have had to sit in the urgent care all day . That is what makes me proud to be a Kaiser member. The optometrist took me in and made sure my eye was not damaged. Thanks to everyone in that department I can see clearly again. Whew!! I am sooooo happy I have Kaiser for my health care provider.

Was diagnosed with ear infection. Given antibiotics. 4 days later pain was worse. Came in again to be told I need to see a dentist for TMJ. Dr spent Lee's than 5 min with me, told I have to see a dentist. No care of my current symptoms nor pain. Showed me quickly.out the door. No compassion!

I am extremely happy with my care at Kaiser both Carlsbad and San Marcos. The Physicians and staff are courteous, friendly and very efficient. They call you back right away and genuinely take care of your needs.

First time to my new OBGYN and it was night and day compared to the last doctor. This doctor was kind and compassionate. She was not in a hurry. She listened. She was calm breezy and knowledgeable. She did not fat shame me nor her staff and made the time spent feel like therapy. Thank you Dr. Sumner. Shout out to newbie Beaux at the check in desk. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the best (quickest) lab I have ever used. Excellent, friendly service. Pharmacy is great too. So much faster than the San Marcos lab and pharmacy.
