I've had a great experience with my physical therapy appointments here. The sports medicine Dr. who referred me to PT was fantastic, and my PT experience has also been very positive. My physical therapist is friendly and professional, takes time to understand my symptoms and makes sure I understand how to perform my exercises correctly. Scheduling appointments that work for my schedule has been easy, and I'm seeing progress towards my goals.

From the moment he called my name in the waiting room to the moment I left his office, Dr. Edwin Cook made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cook is not only kind and professional, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my eyes. He patiently answered all of my questions, making sure I fully understood what was happening.

What really stood out was how he used pictures to help me visualize what was happening with my eye, and to be honest, this made a really irritating issue that I was dealing with much easier to understand. Dr. Cook didn’t just address my immediate concerns; he was also extremely thorough in explaining the care I needed to follow once I left the office. His post-appointment instructions were clear and easy to follow, giving me confidence in my next steps.

I truly appreciated his attentive and patient approach. It's clear that he values his patients and takes the time to ensure they feel well-informed and supported. Thank you, Dr. Cook!!

Jennifer Wienecke-Friedman is the most loving, caring, knowledgeable, gentle, fantastic person in the whole world. I’ve never been more comfortable with any other doctor than her. She helped me and my premature son. We went from only bottles to breastfeeding. Thank you for everything ❤️

It was a very good visit with Dr. Graff. I really enjoy the Downtown Railyards facility. Easy to get to, nice parking garage with validated parking. I've been to this facility several times and it's always been a good experience.

I was seen in a timely manner. The medical assistant was polite, friendly and helpful. Dr. Sharma is excellent. She listens, makes recommendations, explains and goes over everything again before we finish up. She’s thorough and friendly. She is never dismissive. I always feel good after a visit with her.

Doctor Elizabeth Tiffany Lynn MD is extremely knowledgeable and has a very caring attitude. She is a very good listener and gives positive feedback concerning my questions. She is very concerned about my medications and checks on me by running test when deemed necessary. She has helped me tremendously with my ongoing pain issues. Kaiser could use more Doctors like her. She would be a very "viable candidate" as training new Doctor's. I hope she stays around to be my doctor for a very long time.
