Ophthalmology was BUSY, but, they were attentive and friendly while keeping people moving. The muse was quick and efficient but again super friendly, made sure I felt at ease, and was willing to do anything more that I needed from her (I didn’t, but it was nice she was willing). The doctor was wonderfully caring and actually listened carefully, addressing my every question fully. He spoke respectfully and didn’t talk down to me. I was made to feel so well cared for. The building is kinda weird, long and skinny with multiple exit doors on what seemed like strange places, but it was well maintained. The housekeeper was very friendly and seemed happy. No one there seemed the least bit grouchy LOL. Nice facility and people.

Dr. Lance Fuchs has been my primary care physician since I started at Kaiser nearly 30 years ago. He listens, is compassionate, understanding, thoughtful, thorough and allows me to choose what works best for me in my best interest. He’s quite possibly the best physician in primary care.

If you’re looking for professional service, go to another location. Receptionist Joleen in OB/GYN was nothing but rude the entire check in. No one was behind us in line, and as it was our first time using mobile check in, we were a bit confused as to how it worked. She helped us very begrudgingly and kept rushing us for our check in. We’d been there all of two seconds trying to pull up our mobile check info, but I guess that wasn’t fast enough for her. If you want professional, courteous service, you won’t find it here. But, hey, parking was okay at least.

Kaiser is an incredible medical entity. I had my pre-op today for knee surgery, and it was decided, because of minimal pain, to cancel. Dr. Javidan is incredible. If it doesn't need to be fixed, don't run the risk of further complications.
Kaiser employs only the top people in every field. I hear complaints, but l always question them. I've never had an issue.
I am so grateful for the care l receive and the comfort it gives me to know how well l am taken care of... and it is extensive.

The Physical therapy here is fantastic. They take the time to educate me about what the exercises do to help me improve. In the past my husband has also loved this dept. He was helped tremendously for his pain. A side note: the PT pkg lot is small but I always find parking. ☺️

STAY FAR AWAY FRON THIS LOCATION: NEGLIGENT DOCTORS. I’ve filed a grievance with Kaiser over my experience with PA Ann Totah and STILL (this was well over 6 months ago) have not heard a PEEP from Kaiser on this situation. She’s an AWFUL negligent physicians assistant or whatever she calls herself.

First and foremost, I have a history of cancer. I found a lump in my armpit. When I was scheduled with her, she couldn’t even find the lump, I had to place her fingers on it and even then she tried saying it wasn’t anything. When I inquired about imaging she told me that that wasn’t their process for something like this and they they just
monitor it for a couple of months. Remember how I said I have a history of cancer? Yes. Well. She didn’t read my file beforehand because if she had, she would have known to request imaging for a lump in my arm pit (breast cancer can present itself in an armpit in the form of a lump). I had to tell her I had a history of cancer and when I did she said, “who has cancer? You have cancer?” Like? And she FOUGHT me on getting the imaging done the whole way. I had also asked her to request blood work because I have one kidney and since I was getting a CT scan with contrast, my other kidney needs to be checked to make sure it can tolerate the contrast. She didn’t request the blood work.

Moral of the story, Kaiser still hasn’t followed up with me. She’s an awful doctor and should be ashamed of herself for her lack of attention and care. She made a horribly stressful situation MORE stressful because she didn’t want to do her job.

In fact, stay far away from Kaiser. Kaiser is the worst healthcare you can have, ESPECIALLY for speciality care. The doctors severely lack in attention and care.

The last doctor that I saw before I moved was also awful. She didn’t like that I told her I had been researching about birth control. She also didn’t like my reaction I had when she told me my blood pressure was low. Apparently my reaction was “very out there”. Oh. I’m sorry, I’m not used to having low blood pressure and I feel it’s only normal to be alarmed. She asked if I struggled with anxiety and depression and recommended a book. Out of pocket and unprofessional. What a joke. Stay far far away from Kaiser. Don’t be fooled by their low rates, they absolutely suck.
