I just got on with kaiser insurance. I just want to say from the first phone call to the my first appointment everyone was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. I was never on hold for more than 3 minutes and I felt like I was truly taken care of. I just have to say I have no regrets switching to kaiser. I have had a very pleasant experience so far

Long waits in line, even when you have an appointment. The PCPs here have zero bed side manner. I wish I had a doctor that was a real human and didn’t act like a robot. They don’t even know your name, despite being a patient for years. I get the feeling they really don’t even care about you.
