My doctor is the best OB I’ve ever had the pleasure of caring for my health needs. She answered all my questions and put my worries at ease. She not only explained the risks and complications but also explained the procedure thoroughly. She is very compassionate and patient. Her personality radiates the care for her patients. When I called Kaiser about my unusual event I was put through to a nurse right away. The nurse put me on with a doctor who told me about an afternoon appointment but told me to come in now and she would work me in. My son drove me in to Kaiser and the doctor saw me quickly. I was extremely pleased at the attention and tests done. It was a scary situation for me.

From the moment Dr.Andrew Allen Chi walked in, he has one of the best bed side manners I have ever experienced, I have had multiple surgeries in the past with great doctors, but he is at the top. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Easily one of the best doctors I've ever been to.

Dr Lee at Kaiser Permanente in Fresno, Ca. is very thorough. She follows up, her bedside manner is wonderful. I’m 62 years old. I have had many many doctors. I took care of my handicap mother who had even more doctors and Dr. Lee is the nicest doctor I have ever met and I think the most competent she’s a keeper!

The staff is super nice, everyone is super caring. Wonderful. I got polyps removed. I wish the doctor would have taken the time to explain really quick how the procedure works and what she was doing while preparing to remove the polyps. Also, and most importantly, during my procedure I was in so much pain because I wasn’t numbed. They should have put me to sleep or given me tranquilizers. The pain was excruciating. I got a shot a minute before the procedure but that was apparently only ibuprofen. The shot started working 1.5hrs after the procedure was over. The doctor kept saying “you will feel pressure” but I did not feel pressure, I felt pain. I was sweating and shaking because of pain. I would not do such a procedure again, unless I was put to sleep.

She was very friendly and engaging. She had read my medical record and saw that I had dry eye and gave me directions to take care of it going forward. She made it clear what causes dry eye and the best way to deal with it. So, even though it means more work for me on a daily basis, I feel as though I know how to improve my situation without a lot of guesswork.

Never been to a worse ER and i am a veteran and go to the VA.Total of 10 seats inside for people to wait all very close to each other. Had to wait outside in the cold.
This place has more security guards than Dr's.
