I highly recommend this Kaiser clinic. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with my Doctor. Dr. Osborne is very kind, caring, and compassionate. He takes the time to listen and always has the best recommendations. My husband and I are very happy and fortunate to have him as our Doctor. His nurses are also very attentive and polite. Thank you all for being so supportive 🙂

My entire visit was wonderful starting from the front desk receptionists. Both receptionists sitting in the front office were kind and friendly. The person that called me in to the exam room was pleasant and efficient. She took me in a couple of minutes after my arrival, she did weight and VS’s and asked me a few questions then asked me to wait for the provider to come in.

After less than 5 minutes the provider walked in,
And immediately I felt taken care of, her greeting was warm and friendly. She showed professionalism and a great deal of compassion. Which is what I need most during the tough times that my family and I are going through. She gave me coping ideas and offered me services I didn’t know were available to me. I really valued her understanding, she made me feel listened to. Not many providers do that. It’s unfortunate that I had not met her sooner..

I had and early morning appointment with Dr. M. Hoang. She was such a delight to talk with. She and the nurse made my visit very relaxing. She talked with as if we were old friends. She didn't rush my visit. She answered all of my questions. It's been many years I've had a Dr., ask if I needed a note for work. I thought that was so thoughtful. Love me some Dr. Wong. He is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is caring, knowledgeable AND he draws picture on his white board so that I have a clearer understanding of what’s going on with my body. 😊 I absolutely trust his judgement. Although this location doesn’t have the convenience of a lab or pharmacy, I drive here for the exceptional care I receive. I have only had good experiences with the staff and Dr. Wong at the Lynwood facility.

First time here at this office and my experience was amazing . Starting with the receptionist Jennifer who went above and beyond to help me. The nurse was super nice and helpful . Dr. Chinese was amazing . Thank you all!!

My Doctor, Dr. Osbourne is very unprofessional I came to him for a check up and physical. He only checked my heart and gave me a flu vaccination. He asked me if I was sexually active I told him no and he went about in a way as if I was lying. I had to make another appointment a month after that because he rushed me out of there so quickly I forgot to tell him about back and chest pains. I came back to this same location because I was led to believe I would be able to see a different doctor but couldn't.
