As far as Kaiser pharmacies go, this one is one of the best. Lots of parking and it is very rarely crowded. The workers seem content if not happy and some are even competent. Clean, well stocked with OTC meds, and it's right next the front entry, so you don't have to walk far. No real negatives other than the fact that it's a pharmacy and you really don't want to be here, but if you have to go, this one's pretty decent.

I've been a Kaiser Permanente member for many years. I've always had great doctors (you can choose from a long list) and nurses.
I have friends who have other medical coverage. I hear them complaining about having to find specialty providers for bloodwork, x-rays, etc. Kaiser is one stop shop - everything under their umbrella.
I've had them refer me out to non-plan doctors for issues with no charge. My grandson was referred to another hospital for treatment when there was a better suited specialist outside the Kaiser network.
I plan to keep them.

Dr. Wilson is amazing. She’s the only good reason to stay at Kaiser She listens, she empathizes, she doesn’t rush you through, I trust her 100% Unlike the hellish stay, I had at Kaiser Walnut Creek last week which I do not recommend but Dr. Wilson in the Pinole medical offices is worth 100 mile drive

After calling advice nurse Wed night with abdominal pains, I got swiftly slotted in to an appointment to see my regular doctor, as soon as I could get there in the next morning. That swiftness was critical and incredibly helpful: after examination (my wife was thankfully present), Dr. Ruchenkov told me to go to ER as he thought appendicitis was likely. Pinole doesn't have an emergency room so I went to nearby Richmond Kaiser: Imaging confirmed it, and 6 hours after my appointment with Dr. Ruchenkov my appendix was removed.

I am thankfully quite healthy normally so I don't have a lot of personal experience with emergency medical care. But among the ones I've had, this one was perhaps the best from start to finish. It all started with the office speedily reacting to the advice nurse urging them to get me in for an appointment.

I went there to get my flu shot. It was so easy and unique, with no lines and no waiting. It takes less than one minute. It’s unbelievable, immaculate. Very polite. Very good to staff. I enjoy my flu shots and have no hurt at all. Perfect parking lots and plenty of room for all cars if you want to get your flu shot and you’re near here. You have to try it here. It’s very convenient. Thank you.

My experiences with Kaiser Pinole Medical Offices has been nothing but positive. Dr. Sarin has always treated me with consideration and compassion and the nurses are top shelf from admittance to having my blood drawn.

Ms. Argast the health educator was explained with patience and answered all my questions. I am a disabled senior citizen; she did not hurry me up. She gave me as much time as I needed and explained. Thanks to her teaching, I am now worry-free.
