Came to get Covid test. There was no wait time. We received our test and performed it in parking lot , then returned it. The waiting lobby was pretty and clean. They also have a pharmacy in house which is a great option. Thanks again for the quick and easy task.

I am a kidney transplant recipient and visit Kaiser labs frequently. Today I went in for lab work at the Redlands location and had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany, a Phlebotomy Technician. There were issues with my lab tests not all appearing on her screen at the same time and graciously apologized to me because she had to draw my blood two separate times. Tiffany handled me with care and was the ultimate professional throughout my visit. Tiffany's pleasant demeanor made a positive difference and I would return to see her upon my next visit.

Tammie Carlson(receptionist) is EXCEPTIONAL!! She is always so pleasant and extremely helpful. My Husband and I are always so happy when she checks us in for our appointments. She is knowledgeable and answers any questions we have.

Got flu and COVID shots. Fast friendly service. Also had lab work. The new improvements to the lab including the new electronic board showing name, wait time, and then station assignment is wonderful!!! Staff was friendly and did their work well.

I was in need of an examination and diagnosis of a leg/ankle injury and was seen by my PCP Dr. SUGIYAMA and his team. I sent an email at 4:00pm Friday evening, 11/29/24. At 4:28 I received a reply that I had an appointment with Dr Sugiyama at 11:10am Monday, 12/2/24. Talk about a quick response ! Dr.Sugiyama examined me, ordered xrays and a new splint for my broken leg. He referred my to Dr. Aldape DPM for a Specialist's follow up. I was contacted within a couple hours by Gladys in Dr.Aldape's office to set up/confirm an appointment for today, 12/3/24, at 11:30am. I was reexamined by Dr Aldape and it was decided a cast would be best. Laura, the Orthopedic Tech, removed the splint she put on yesterday and professionaly applied the cast. Just like yesterday's application of the splint, Laura was very personable, friendy, courteous and concerned for my well being.
As usual, Dr Sugiyama, his team, Dr Aldape, Gladys and Team, Jessie in xray and Laura were over-the-top in providing exceptional service and care ! THANK YOU !

they can offer flu shots no problems, but minute you want a covid vaccine "you have to be scheduled for one". (make it make sense) I mean seriously by now you should be able to just walk in and ask for a covid shot without having to make an appointment. I swear Kaiser is full of owners that have no common sense and that just love to make anything and everything difficult. (not just this facility, but all facilities)

Oh and to the owner I don't want to hear your BS you got absolutely no excuses for not offering covid shots like you do flu shots without having to be scheduled in cause if your gonna be like that then you might as well just make everyone make an appointment for any and all vaccines.

Redlands Medical Office Nurse Treatment Center used to be so timely with appointments. But in the past 2 weeks they'vebeen so delayed in processing patients as long as almost an hour wait. They may need to add more nurses to handle # of patients.

I have the best PCP at the Redlands medical offices. Her name is Dr Nancy Chen-Yu Chu MD. Dr Chu listens. She is focused on me and everything about my care and not in a rush to move on in a hurry. I felt so much better today mentally after I left the appointment. Thank you Dr Chu. 🙏
