Kathleen measures the results of my “homework exercises” since the last visit, evaluates them, & adds additional exercises to keep me moving forward to higher levels of range of motion & healing. Even after I got sick twice & was not well enough to do the exercises faithfully every day, I have still made improvements under her guidance, with every visit & every new measurement. She is kind, thorough, caring & friendly.

Check in was easy, plenty of seating for everyone. We were brought in promptly and the doctor was right on time. No waiting! Dr. Benson. He explained everything, what happened, and listened patiently to every question we had, and took time to answer thoroughly. He was very friendly, had a sense of humor, which helped in this situation considering how broken my foot was. Also, for the follow up appointment, he mentioned a different doctor maybe assigned to me. That concerned me and he asked me what my concern was, and he addressed it well enough that I agreed it would be OK for me to see the other doctor. Also, as he had already stood up and was getting ready to leave, I thought of another question and he stopped, turned around and sat back down and patiently listened to my question and answered it thoroughly, again! I am very impressed, thank you so much, Dr. Benson!

By the time I left the exam room, I already had a follow up appointment pinging on my cell phone. My next stop was the cast room, and young gentleman by the name of Chris was super friendly, and accommodating. Again, having a great sense of humor and his calm and friendly demeanor helped put me and my husband at ease. He made the entire casting process painless and actually enjoyable with the conversation he led.

This hospital deserves more than five stars. As a first time mother through c-section was a great experience. When they took me in the room to take my baby out I had a really bad headache at that moment and I was crying, they makes sure I was alright before they could continue with the c-section. Everyone was so caring. As a black woman it makes me happy to see Doctors and Nurses all care about me and my baby boy. I didn't regret one bit of the days I spend at this hospital. Eureka Kaiser Permanente in Roseville is a great place if you are pregnant or any other reason they are great at their job and very friendly.

I had the most amazing hospital experience I have ever had at this hospital. Dr. Barnes was absolutely amazing. All 10+ of my nurses were absolutely incredible and attentive the entire time. I had so many nurses because I went in for a scheduled c-section. Every single question I had was answered. I am extremely pleased and impressed with the care that my baby and I received. I cannot recommend this hospital enough.

Dr. Ja was very thorough and it didn't feel like I was being rushed through the appointment. He was pleasant, friendly, and answered all my questions. I was also impressed with how much Kaiser has streamlined its process of checking people in and also the ordering of new glasses. The two appointments (exam and optical sales) took half as long as I thought they would. The selection of glasses frames is great and the quality of the finished product is much better than others I've tried (e.g., Costco and Stanton).

I recently spent 8 days as a cardiac patient in Kaiser's ICU. Staff were consistently caring, competent, and responsive to my needs. I was placed in an area designated "overflow ICU." So, "rooms" were separated by curtains. (Solid walls would have helped with privacy and draft prevention.) Unfortunately, most of my clothing was lost somewhere between admission and ICU. But having no clothing is minor compared to the possibility of death if left untreated. So I rate my experience at Kaiser Permanente Roseville Medical Center as positive.

Everyone I met during the period of my stay were all friendly, kind and all acted professionally. All my concerns were sorted out.
A nurse had to help me make a decision which changed my whole experience about child birth, I'm so grateful to her, she was an Angel.

Most of the staff are friendly, but this was a wild experience. I have never gone to Kaiser before, I have health insurance with them but it was my first time needing to go due to an ankle injury.

In total, I was seated in 6 different waiting areas. They take your vitals in the center of the waiting room and have you show your injury like it’s show & tell in elementary school, to the entire waiting room.

Was there for about five hours just to tell me I had a sprained ankle. Was not even shown the x-rays they took. After I was given crutches and a boot, they had a waiting in the discharge waiting area for about an hour until we had to go check in again to see if there was a reason we were waiting for so long.

I understand they are busy, but they have plenty of staff members walking around… They need to figure out a way to streamline the process to get in and get out.
