Very busy here but employees are great. We hit the pharmacy first then mistakenly went to another building because we had the wrong department. Employee's were very helpful. Parking is very full but people are constantly coming and going.

I think we may have to change to a Mercy medical it seems as though there isn’t enough staff and their focus isn’t on their patients, the specialists can be very good but actually getting to see one you must be close to death for this to happen, the governor and now president Donald Trump need to focus on Kaiser Permante more closely it’s basically “ practicing medicine “ a lot of guessing & very low medical care of their ER patients, not enough bed & staff, filthy conditions. Morale ave should have been shut down years ago now Roseville is falling apart and the patients are paying for their lack of medical knowledge and responsibility. They need to build a new Emergency Medical center in Folsom California and re train the staff they have . I’m pretty confident that their lack of medical knowledge is what killed my mother. Terrible Hospital…

Kaiser Roseville has been there for me and my family for the last 40 plus years. There's been a couple times that I had to change doctors or speak up but overall I've had nothing but the best of the best care. I wouldn't switch if you paid me

In my opinion, today was the worst experience I've ever had at any Kaiser location in both southern and northern California. I've never been treated with less humanity, or such non existent bedside manor in my life. I found the staff I interacted with today to be incredibly dismissive and condescending, which made me regret coming here at all. I will never return to this Kaiser, as I have never been treated like I was disposable until today. I have no trust in the physicians I had the misfortune of seeing today because you cannot have trust without basic humanity, integrity, or a semblance of care for patients who are hurt, scared and asking for help. I'll drive further to other Kaiser facilities where I have actually received treatment from doctors who care enough to read my chart and treat me like a human being.

ER is a joke. If you come here regularly they assume you are a drug user. They don't listen to their patients at all. You'd be better off at any other hospital. 65 miles to get here and get the Run a round. Still vomiting and being discharged.

Please please please , if you have a choice, pick any place else. It is an unsafe and hostile environment, starting with the rude armed guards outside the emergency entrance. Spent all day in the hallway of emergency with my poor wife who was in terrible pain. They said they had no rooms yet they have no problem taking our money. So much unnecessary pain and suffering by belonging to this aweful place. You never know how bad our insurance is until you need it. Save yourself, pick a health care facility that cares.

This ER is the worst hospital in USA
2 times in week with same problem
Test again and lap again.. so they can charge Medicare mo money , the nurse she yank my IV out of my arm i was bleeding so much do to my health condition. How she become nurse and pass the exam… I don’t know!?
Staff unprofessional , doctor not experience
But if you homeless drug addicted , you can get in easy with full service. I don’t have anything against homeless or drug addiction…I’m just saying it’s about the money to charge the government
I’m changing my health care as march first

My dad came in today with popped sutures in his mouth. We spent 11.5 hours, waiting on someone to order labs, to get him sewn back up, he was improperly numbed, sewn by a resident from another hospital without any pain management, the brown haired nurse had no bedside manner. Afterwards, we had to wait an hour for pain medication. You can’t treat people like this Kaiser! Do better!
