When I was struggling with my cataracts, Dr. Erin Duncan helped me see and minimized my double vision. Grace is cheerful and friendly to all of us when she does the pretesting for the doctors. Leo, my optician, was patient, professional and personable. The entire staff made me look forward to coming back for my eyecare.

I like Kaiser San Dimas for proximity and medical service. To avoid the busy hustle and bustle at the Baldwin Park pharmacy I would like to see San Dimas Kaiser pharmacy play a much larger role INCREASE their hours of operation at least open one weekend day such as Saturday 9am-3pm for people that work more complicated schedules. Case in point SD Kaiser carries a high quality shoe insoles SUPER FEET BP Kaiser does not.

Rn/receptionist who called on behalf of my doctor to schedule a phone call appt was so awful.
Lacked sympathy/options when telling her my situation, and symptoms i was having.
She told me 'if it was important you'd be called sooner. Super, super upsetting experience.
All together time from lab- to my next phone call =almost 4 weeks.
Mind you, the doctor was amazing!!!

Grace, the intake nurse, Dr Duncan,
and Russ the gentleman who helped me with new glasses were all exceptional at their jobs. I was especially so impressed by Dr Duncan. I would highly recommend them all.

Dr. Proum is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. He is caring, kind and informative. He makes me feel good about the decisions I want to make in terms of my health. He is an excellent doctor and I am lucky to be in his care!

Went to San Dimas Kaiser Today. Nothing serious just blood pressure but I have never met such an awesome doctor in my life. And I'm old been with Kaiser 29 years. And I've never met such a positive awesome attitude awesome energy. I have the best time just going to a doctor's appointment. What a great experience that was. You know I didn't even mind waiting for my prescription cuz I had such a great attitude and in a great mood from having a great experience. Kudos to you all. Thank you for your time and attention.

Don’t waste your time going to pharmacy. The in take reps are slow and not helpful. Faster if you order on line at the pace they go. Never will I go back to this location. I waited 20 mins and the guy didn’t ask for help when the line was out the door. I left and I was next. Don’t bother with this clinic go to another.

My experience with Jameson Reyes Mendoza was absolutely awful, punctuated by classless, dismissive, and curt behavior.

Since joining Kaiser, it has been quite an unpleasant experience, and I have yet to find a doctor who can listen and not operate in arrogance and disdain. I have deferred my health care because of unfavorable past experiences. Jameson has made me lean more toward not going to the doctor based on his inability to listen and disrespectful tone.

The first and last exchange with Jameson has been deeply concerning, and he could benefit from some compassion, cultural, and empathetic listening training because his approach is rot and offensive. He should never miss an opportunity to stop talking and listen, which seems like a growth area for him. In his profile, he says, “I want to be the cornerstone of the community…I am passionate about working with members to achieve their medical goals.” This terrible visit proved that he must only apply that to certain members because there wasn’t a shred of evidence to support his statement.

After mustering the courage to return to a doctor to get help, I was instead met with unwarranted quips and vexatious commentary, and I don’t expect a doctor to be discompassionate and an agitator. I would NOT recommend him to take care of a stuffed animal, let alone a human. Kaiser should refund my copay!
