Had a few stays here over the years for various health concerns. Staff is professional & courteous, but extremely busy. Lots of different doctors and nurses to help you, which can be a bit confusing, but each keeps up to date with your progress very well. Felt very safe and well taken care of. Definitely recommend.

. I have been a Kaiser member for over 30 years. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made especially now that I’m older. I’m lean, active and physically healthy looking woman; but when I went to my internist, she noticed something in me that made her recommend me to a cardiologist. To my surprise, my arteries were 90% blocked and i needed a quadruple bypass!!!
In Kaiser I didn’t need to go through pages of doctors to look for the next specialist. Everything moves seamlessly.
Their app emails me when i need to reorder my pills. Then i have an option to just go in their app and have the prescription pills sent to my house for free! Wow!

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Alfred Jan on January 15, 2025, at the San Jose Medical Center, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Jan was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the entire exam. He took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for his patients made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. She is amazing. Always starts with catching up then asks the questions and concerns of the patient. She heard both my child's story/ side then waits for me to fill in any blanks. She's very gentle and sweet. She doesn't just run through the appointment, she takes her time not to skip anything. We love it.

Kathryn was great beginning to end and during the whole process. She made me feel like getting me in as soon as possible was her mission. She booked me the soonest appointment she had available to come in person to see her. Unfortunately, that time didn't work for me that certain day. Luckily enough she seen my email and she had a cancelation that same day and I was able to get in and see her. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly and she was hilarious! Honestly, I forgot I was at the Doctors office. The whole experience just made me feel like she cared and there aren't too many people these days with her positive attitude. 20/10 She is amazing!
