Carlos was welcoming. Caring and an excellent communicator. I fractured my wrist in January the Jason in the cast room was great and explain every step. When I was discharged. I was given no direction, no next steps. No plan. I had never experienced a fracture before. I question no therapy What do I do next, this is my only hand, wrist, arm. I talked to friends and googled. I called a spoke to someone in orthopedics inquiring about PT. It didn't make sense to the person on the phone, I should be getting therapy. Turns out she had received another call just like mine. Same PA. Shame on her. She, Maria was the PA who did not communicate. No plans no direction just talked about my cute glasses. If there were 2 calls from patients complaining about the same lack regarding the same PA than how many did not call in and how many never went to therapy or healed properly. It is staff like this that give Kaiser a bad reputation. I have been a Kaiser member for 69 years. I have experienced lots the growing pains. I have amazing wonderful stories about Kaiser that most members and staff would be surprised.

Maria has a lovely bedside manner but she needs some training in communication and understand of the patient concerns. emotions and respecting them while they are experiencing the unknown. You are the patients educator.

Carlos, thank you today for putting my mind at ease, now I have a better understanding of this journey of healing my wrist. Also Nurse Patrick B. think you for the caring follow up.

Everyone at this urgent care at Turney 2 in Valencia was awesome! Receptionist Sonya was friendly, kind and professional! LVN David Pineda who took my intake data and vitals was thorough, gentle and professional as well! LVN III Ryan Guinto was equally though, kind and professional also! He also went above and beyond and advocated for my individual needs when it was necessary:) Last but definitely NOT least, PA Lindsey, Goldman was kind, gentle and very professional! Additionally, she showed genuine concern and empathy towards me and my injury and went above and beyond by re-entering my room to address an additional concern that came to my mind after she had left my room:) Everyone I encountered at this facility are amazing, caring and professional individuals and should be considered for commendations and raises!! I also find the waiting areas and bathroom facilities are clean and maintained well and very comfortable! THANK YOU ALL at this and the other 2 Kaiser facilities I've visited here in Santa Clarita in the past 3 1/2 years since I've had Kaiser insurance!

It seems that with age, comes more maintenance and repairs. I hate to compare myself to a car, but I think it’s a somewhat true analogy. My wife and I have been with Kaiser Permanente now for 16 years. We have (unfortunately), had to use most of their departments multiple times. It’s very rare to have a bad experience. All their doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable. They always solve our problems quickly and professionally. Above all, Kaiser saved my life. What’s more to say? I would never trade them for any other health plan.

Eli in lab was so amazing!!! I am 50 years old and afraid of the needle. She acknowledged me when I entered asked me to sit and will be right with me. She then noticed I was brused when it was my turn. So she checked my other arm. Loved her It did not hurt at all she was so kind and careful.

Everyone from check in station, nurses, Blood pressure station, pharmacy and the attending physician that personally helped me were very supportive, helpful, professional, extremely kind and respectful. For a Saturday that was very busy it was worth the 2 hr wait. Symptoms were diagnosed correctly the right prescriptions were recommended and I went home HAPPY!!!

My daughter and I received amazing care this evening in Urgent Care. Specifically Steven B. at the front desk was so efficient and calming as I was worried about my sick daughter. Then the triage nurse was superb! Juan R.,I believe that was his name, reassured me that my daughter would be seen and that my rx, if needed, would be filled in house. Juan was so kind and definitely put my anxious mom-stress at ease. Lastly, we were seen very quickly by the Dr and provided a rx and pain relief for my 8 year old daughter. Please pass along my appreciation for all of the parties I have mentioned as they deserve accolades for their services during a stressful time. Again, thank you to all especially Juan! We appreciate you all!

Doctor Magdalena Stevens was also my doctor in January and she determined I had pneumonia after two cases of flu. She gave me two anabiotic prescriptions and cured that in two weeks this time at four in the morning I woke up with pains in my left chest. I did not know what it was and decided to go to urgent care to make sure it wasn’t heart related. After excellent care by two registered nurses plus a EKG and an x-ray they determine it was not the heart excellent excellent treatment
