I love coming to this location. I love Dr. Fang for my PCP. She really takes the time to answer my questions, she’s so helpful and very welcoming. I highly recommend her!

I also got my bloodwork done with Carlo. I dread getting this done and he was so gentle I didn’t even feel a thing.

Dr. Hench is so amazing. Her bedside manner tops everyone I've ever had. She gives me her full attention every appointment and takes care of all of my needs while also validating my feelings. I've always hated going to the doctor but she makes it enjoyable. All of the nurses I’ve interacted with have been incredible as well! I also love this facility - small but has all of the core necessities. Short wait times and friendly personal make it so you’re in and out in a breeze!

Front desk staff is unfriendly and rushing to move onto the next patient. I’ve been here multiple times in the past months and the customer service is not there. they will check you in incorrectly and waste your time, accidents happen but there’s no remorse for an error on their end.

Dr Reyes was not receptive when I described my symptoms of headaches and dizziness, neck pain and needing neurology consult. Gaslighted me and said if I have reported it before to my primary physician. I responded yes. Then further asked if what things were done and to submit reports of previous tests after asking her that I need follow up tests/treatments to these symptoms. I wish she would take steps to follow up when a patient asks to follow up after describing symptoms. She is one prime example of delaying treatment until you fall over first.

Only waited a few minutes. Nurse was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Extremely pleasant experience in the Signal Hills office, which has the feel of a country club. Soft jazz music plays while you're waiting, and receptionists remember you.
