I went to Urgent Care. I found the doctor fully engaged with me and my situation. His communication and care were outstanding. The nurses, pharmacy personnel, receptionist, and security persons were all personal and professional. I appreciated the environment they create and the care I received

NP Hillary Walker and the rest of the team were all pleasant and addressed all my concerns. I got lab and X-rays with very little wait and a COVID booster to boot. All the people working there that I had contact with, all seem to like their job!

The triage nurse, Laura, was incredibly kind and empathetic. She listened to me and asked clarifying questions, and treated me like an intelligent person. The doctor, Dr. Read, was also kind and compassionate, and asked questions above and beyond the typical surface level questions, really trying to understand what I was dealing with, and treated me with respect, as if she understood that I know my body and my needs. She listened carefully and asked clarifying questions. If I hadn't been miserable, it would have been an enjoyable experience. They made it so much better than it could have been.

If I could give Jarred Zacher PA-C and the nurse that removed my stitches (sorry I didn’t get her name) TWELVE stars I would. These two were so personable, caring and warm. These are two you’d love to have as neighbors. Great job!

My Visit with Eilidh Vbb Thylin, PA was great and informative. She has a great personality and very knowledgeable about my orthopedic problem. Every time I have had an appointment all her associates have been great too! I don’t know all their names by memory but I know one of the three of the ladies I have worked with is Rocky.
Also, the employees in the X-ray department Diane and all of the gentleman that did my X-rays were professional and excellent in their profession.
I got in early today which was good because the weather has been cold and a possibility of snow in the forecast.

I was seen at the Kaiser Clinic in Silverdale, Washington for an ear ache. I was well-taken care of by Dr. Marquez and the staff at the urgent care clinic.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness that was given to identifying, and addressing what was causing my symptoms. I did not feel like a number in a lineup of patients, but instead that my individual circumstances were being throughly assessed, and discussed. Additionally, the staff was caring, attentive, kind, and informative. The care was the best care I have had while I have been a Kaiser member. I greatly appreciated it.

I've only had optimum service from Kaiser.. I was at Capitol Hill Campus for approximately 10 years....Dr Molly Baggett.. help my every health need and got me through my mother's death of pancreatic cancer in a month.. I'm crazy about her.. only cared about my health mentally and physically! I move to Poulsbo to be closer to my father who was suffering from dementia... Dr Hilary Walker.. is one of Kaiser's brilliant doctors... She's only eases my mind, explains Labs.. test results.. medications..thoroughly! it is like one stop.. they have all the different doctors and specialists! instead of trying to go out and find a specialist.. I've had leg surgeries.. foot surgery...thumb surgeries..
Kaiser has it all.. under the umbrella of Kaiser Permanente. I don't have to go research myself, they've take care of all that for me.. I truly promote Kaiser Permanente, for your every healthcare need...
