Friendly staff, compassionate smart physician Dr. Tran who addressed our daughter and us in a clear way. He made excellent plans for next steps and clearly explained it well. We were able to get all the care we needed at one location (visit, labs, imaging). At every step, the teams treated us with compassion and efficiency.

Dr. Nahal is an outstanding primary care physician. He is very attentive, never appears rushed. He has outstanding diagnostic skills and is extremely intelligent. I've been with Kaiser about 55 years (Sacramento & San Jose) and have had many wonderful doctors. But Dr. Nahal is at the top of the list.

I would highly recommend this department because of several reasons: my doctor is always very helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and always listens carefully to any concerns I have. Additionally the process of going from a visit to the pharmacy and to the laboratory is very efficient. The skyport location is a model for how a hospital facility can be run. It is by far the best experience I’ve had in family care hospital systems.

I have met with Nicholas Martinez multiple times for physical therapy. He has been very helpful and thorough with my care. He has emphasized using weights to keep my muscle strength up and I have seen results. I would highly recommend the Kaiser Permanente Physical Therapy Department and Nicholas in particular.

I accidentally went to the wrong Keiser and they were still willing to see me late at the correct one. Doctor was very patient with all my concerns and questions. Also ordered a trans thoracic echo to make sure we weren’t missing anything. As far as the center, it’s very easy to get to with great parking and friendly service.

The PT professional is so thorough. She’s got me on a solid program and after a month I’ve already increased my grip strength and my tennis elbow is a lot better! Plus, she’s Always asking me if I have any questions. I feel like I’m in good hands! She also answers all my questions about how to work around my elbow issue as I try and continue riding my mountain bike and motorcycle, and continue my workout program.
