This was an amazingly fast visit, not that all visits aren't very organized. Came in for lab work, immediate check in, took me straight back to lab services - out in less than 5 minutes!!
This location on Madison Ave is very easy in and out, with easy parking.

I was lucky enough to have a top- notch phlebotomist named Celina. After a recent stay in the hospital I wasn't looking forward to more blood being drawn. She put me at ease and searched out another piece of equipment to use. What could have been another unpleasant experience turned out to be quick and painless. She was so kind. I'm sure she was at the head of her class and I'm sure she doesn't know how much she was appreciated that day. Thanx Celina YOU are an asset to Kaiser.

Dr Mathew is very professional and cares a great deal about her patients. There have been times when I had to wait some before my appointment but I knew it was because she wanted to be sure that every patient, not just me....completely understood what needed to be done and why, in order to have the best outcome.
She is a very good doctor and Kaiser is lucky that she wants to be right there

I have had Kaiser for over 25 years. I recommend it to all of my friends . My first primary care doctor was Dr Basiago and my family were so lucky to have him! Now my Dr is Dr Chernochov (sp) I have never had a bad experience at Kaiser. Everyone who works there is a 10. I would also like to mention my dermatologist, Dr Felicia Schwab, she is the very best .

Love this Kaiser location. And if you need blood drawn and have bad veins, ask for Tiy! She’s amazing and so pleasant.

Parking is a challenge, that would be my only complaint.

I am 71 and recovering from TURP and no mesh double hernia operations I had to pay $10000 for in Ft Myers FL because Kaiser only does mesh both with general anestetia within last 6 months and I have trouble walking. I had to wait a half hour to park! Others said they had to park illegally at your neighbors's lots! Ive been with and all my 4 kids and 8 stepkids with Kaiser 40 years! You have gone way downhill! I am a retired CA lawyer my firm grew to the biggest at 1700 lawyers in CA all we did is defend doctors and lawyers and did secret settlements!
