Dr. Adams, at Ventura, CA Kaiser Permanente has been my primary care physician for numerous years. He and his staff consistently demonstrate prompt, polite professionalism, and a genuine concern and care of my medical concerns. I have always appreciated their competency, efficiency and knowledge in successfully addressing my medical ailments. I have been a Kaiser Permanente customer for over 50 years, and shall remain a loyal customer based primarily on my experiences with the outstanding, consistently positive doctor-patient relationship! Dr Christy Huynh at Kaiser Hill Rd is an excellent PCP. She listens to any and all concerns, she has never rushed me, I never feel like just a number. She is very personable and kind and she is thorough. I highly recommend.

So happy with Kaiser, two eaches own I suppose but I've had nothing but mostly good luck here. The one unfortunate thing was my first doctor left 🙁 but there is still a great team for care. Seems like the staff really cares about patients and checks everything to the t if you have concerns for your health.The place is clean and open and ample parking and easy to access.

Good doctors for the most part. Always nice staff. However ..............

Lab is terrible !! Second time there and waited near to an hour both times. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Not respectful of patients’ time.

Understaffed and unprofessional. Doesn't fit in with the fast pharmacy and nice decor.

This has got to be a second rate contractor doing a poor job.

Hope there is something better at Market Street.

Kaiser online pharmacy is having issues I guess. So I go into the pharmacy and get treated disrespectfully by 3 different employees over a problem that was Kaiser's fault. I didn't expect any better service as dealing with the medications for my father has been a nightmare through this pharmacy from day 1. They are inept and rude.

Don't really understand why this bogus phone # doesn't work. You have to call a hotline and take a survey before getting through to anyone, IF it doesn't hang up, I've been on the phone for 15 minutes and it's still trying to get me to take a survey. I literally JUST updated my works phone number on google, and I know it isn't that hard, even on a busy day. It's just people being lazy. But when you work in health care you can't be lazy, duh "Health care". Kind of reminds me of that time I was on hold for 1 hour and 36 minutes for behavioral health, and when they finally picked up I asked why it rang for so long, he said he had no idea. Awesome quality guys, keep it up :/
