Tired of corporate owned chain pharmacies? Then come to Kanan Pharmacy. Seriously, once you have been greeted by the staff here and have spoken with the pharmacist you will realize this is a world apart from wherever you have previously been. Top notch, friendly service from everyone here. Consultations are knowledgeable and making sure you walk away satisfied is their priority. The pharmacy itself is spotless and well organized. There is plenty of parking.

Horrible Customer Service I called today 4/3/2024 at 3:20 pm and the girl that picked up the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me when i asked for her name. I called back right away and a gentleman answered, he was very kind but did not want to let me know when the Manager would be available. I don't understand why they are hiding their rude employees names.
I wanted to inform them that they reached out to my underage daughter 3 times and that she has not business there, she became rude when I was attempting to give them her phone number to make sure they don't keep calling her.

Tony, the owner and just one of the great pharmacists, and his staff, have always given exceptional service. Whether I was given a booster curbside, excellent medical advice regarding medications, or a friendly smile, Kanan Pharmacy has always been my number one pharmacy for my go-to medicines. And they have a great selection of over-the-cover medical supplies as well. If it's not in stock, they'll order it for the next day. Always 5 stars!
