I was one of the best workers on the receiving dock and got fired unjustly. Management needs major improvement on their people skills with employees. They don’t care about their employees (it’s all an act) everyone is a number regardless of how hard you work. They falsely accused me of being noncompliant and were unable and unwilling to work with me. KARL STORZ is another prime example of the big ugly power or corporations. I invested time in this company and they kicked me to the curb. They use people/employees here in a very bad way. They have their employees doing multiple jobs with no pay compensation. I provided a great service for this company and they proved to fall short time and time again. You can’t invest in a place like this when management can fire you with out a legitimate reason to do so. MR KARL Christian Storz (The Owner) can you help me get my job back please and check in on the way Auburn is being managed Thank you.
