Kathleen Beauty Store on Kathleen Road in Lakeland, Florida, is the best . When you go to the store you can find everything that you need. The store is always clean. As soon as you walk in, you always greeted. The atmosphere is amazing. The store is organized. You don't have to look for help there's someone always there. You have very good parking as well as handicapped accessible. This establishment is kid friendly. Inflation is upon us, but the owner keeps items affordable, and he does not price gouge just because of inflation. I'm a Google reviewer, and this place does 110 percent, They treat you with respect and are very knowledgeable on item's and products. They are very professional, and you never without a smile on your face.

I didn’t like this store at all, the manager or the guy at the front desk wasn’t courteous at all. Ppl that came in he greeted, I passed by unnoticed, I had to go ask for some help which he did give me some useless information because prices r Wayy to high, their “sales” are very short bobs that rarely women like!! He was yelling at his co worker, and not a good shop I wanna shop to be honest. I ended up not even getting the other items I liked because of that!! There r shops around that I will go! Not here!

I’m a disabled veteran and asked if they had any military discounts and was told no and not to even ask about it bc they don’t give discounts.

The younger guy behind the counter yelled to the other person working in the store to get the owner to verify they don’t give military discounts.

The owner apologized for his younger employees wording but did verify that they don’t give military discounts.

Even if you don’t give the discount you can not discourage a veteran from asking if there is a discount. Shame on this store for not teaching how important it is to honor veterans with or without a discount being given. I will not be returning to this store because of the rudeness of the young man I encountered.

I will only go there from now on if I need something I can't wait for Amazon to deliver. While they have a large selection of products, the customer service has gone down and prices went up. I will not continue to spend my money in a store where the cashier seems too put out to speak, I am made to feel like an interruption of her personal call, and the physically disabled spot is half taken by an employee.

They have a huge variety of everything beauty. Great prices also. First time visiting. Can't wait to go back. Not, I changed my review to a three star from a five star because I bought a big tube of the water based edge control and I swear they took some out and added more water. Worst experience ever.

I've been patronizing this store for over three years. I spend my money there because the owners and folks that work there are courteous, friendly, accommodating and genuinely care about their customers and the neighborhood!! I experienced an unpleasant situation while in their parking lot. They stepped up to the plate instead of turning a deaf ear or not wanting to get involved. That's rare in these times. Thank you to each and every one of you!! My community hero's!!

I was looking for a particular item for my hair. Sally's or Ulta Beauty didn't carry it. I came after a friend told me to go there FIRST and found more than enough products to choose from. They will now be my FIRST when needing hair care supplies. Customer service was SUPERB as well👏🏽👏🏽
