Dr. Wooley is incredible! Her and the staff are super friendly. I feel like they care about me and I don't ever want to change docs. I have found it can be hard to find doctors that really care and listen to what you have going on and she really does listen. The office has a real small town feel to it and I hope it stays this way.

Great staff always gives you a return call as well as makes sure you are seen as soon as possible. I am grateful to say that Dr Sheridan and her team are my primary care providers for my health care team. I have a number of specialty doctors, but all reports go to her office to keep everything main streamed. She has continued to prove nothing but remarkable, honest, caring, concerned and a fantastic doctor ! Dr Katy will go above and beyond to try to figure out what is wrong with you, even when you cannot explain how you are feeling. She always follows up with her patients. I have lived in this area all of my life and she is one of the best doctors the peninsula has ever had!

Highly recommend Dr Jennifer Wooley who is new to this practice. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and has been amazing for all in my family including my toddler. Great waiting area with toy section for kiddos and a massage chair.

Wonderful Doc to deliver babies!
After that, bedside manner fails. I have had more issues trying to get meds refilled and suffered from their lack of promptness. Staff is great, until you have a discrepancy and then you’re left on your own. Not someone I would recommend at all, unless you like to be bullied into wearing a mask and feeling you’re less than a person for not doing so.

Dr. Wooley is one THE BEST doctors I’ve ever had! Laid back, easy going, easy to talk to and so understanding. If you want an OB/family doctor who understands you without judgement, she’s the one to go to.

The worst experience I have had at a Dr. office on the Penninsula. I called to make an apt with Dr. Sheridan for my 4 mo old Daughter over three weeks ago. My Daughters original Dr. is out due to health concerns. The receptionist was relentless trying to have me schedule with their PA who had “available apts that week”, I politely declined multiple times and made it clear that I only want to see Dr. Sheridan, MD. I was told the wait was three weeks, not a problem. The morning of my Daughters apt I called to confirm her apt time and I was surprised that the time I was given didn’t match the time we all had written down. We get checked in by a very kind and helpful MA/nurse and we wait for Dr. Sheridan, except the PA enters the room without even introducing herself instead. Without so much as a courtesy call the receptionist had changed my Daughters apt with Dr. Sheridan and placed her onto the PA schedule who I specifically said we did not want to see. I left the office shaking and very upset. The PA was unable to answer questions I have been wanting answered for over three weeks, I did not feel comfortable opening up dialogue with her and I didn’t feel my daughter got the care she would have received with Dr. Sheridan, MD. While checking out the receptionist tried to put the blame on me without even trying to fix the problem. I have heard only excellent things about Dr. Sheridan, and she came into our room for a couple minutes to answer a question for us which was so greatly appreciated. This review does not reflect her.

If I wanted to see a PA I could have gone to any medical office with walk in apts available and not waste three weeks waiting, a long drive and an apt that was useless except for the few minutes Dr. S was in the room.

It is with the heaviest heart that I write this but i believe it is important to share. Dr katy sheridan was my ob and our son’s pediatrician for his first couple weeks of life. He had severe stridor, retractions (which she blamed on “position changes” & the wrongful diagnosis of tracheomalacia) along with inability to feed. I desperately sought the help of this office-the nurses, dr katy sheridan, anyone who would listen that my son couldn’t breath or feed right & that something was wrong. i brought up the theory of laryngomalacia (which ended up being part of the correct diagnosis) to which she definitively replied no & to be able to tell the difference between tracheo & laryngo malacia “was very hard”. She also kept telling me “He doesn’t look like a sick kid”. At two weeks old, i told dr katy sheridan we were going to the lower 48 to pursue different medical care. My son had lost 1lb from his previously recorded weight only 4 days prior when he was supposed to be gaining an oz a day-another obvious red flag ignored. She, along with another nurse, tried to convince me not to leave. Do you know how DESPERATE you have to be as a mom to travel to the lower 48 from ALASKA to pursue decent medical care? They said & i quote “it would be a waste of your time”. Well, we left alaska that night against their medical advice & thank God we did because our son wouldn’t be alive today if we hadn’t followed our instincts. We ended up in the Seattle Children’s ER, where we met with the ENT team within 4 hrs of our arrival & they put in an NG tube as our son wasn’t even able to take 1 ML of breast milk from a syringe orally. He could not take even 1 ml by mouth. For all you mamas out there, you know how small 1 ml is! 3 weeks in the NICU, one stint on the ventilator, & one throat surgery later, we had our healthy son who could now actually eat & breath on his own perfectly at 1 of only 6 hospitals in the nation who were equipped to do that surgery for him. If we had listened to the medical direction and misdiagnosis of Dr. Katy sheridan & her staff, our son would absolutely not be alive today. No one was willing to scope him to give him the correct diagnosis, no one was willing to listen, no one really cared. There was failure to recognize symptoms (she reassured us that all these things were completely normal), failure to give us the correct referral (we needed an ENT specialist NOT a pulmonologist, his lungs were clear every. single. visit), and she not once bothered to follow up to see how her patient was doing. Not after she knew we left alaska to pursue better medical care, not after his surgery, not after he got his official and correct diagnosis & realized her diagnosis was incorrect. The only call we’ve gotten is from billing.

To the guy who posted the 1 star review about the staff you are SOOOO wrong. All of the women in this office are amazing and will help in anyway they can. If me or my son need anything they go out of their way to help us. They give advice over the phone, squeeze us in and they even have a number to call 24 hours a day....and like I said in my previous statement she has been my dr since my son was born....
