After hearing only positive experiences from the local community, I was excited to establish a primary care doctor near where I live. I booked a new appointment 2 months in advance. I got to the office before my appointment time for new paperwork, and then waited for about an hour after. 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was told it would be another 15-20 just for a room. During the 40 minutes, nobody came out of any rooms. I politely let them know that they would need to reschedule for another time. I never heard back afterward. Another patient in the office said doctor Rob was excellent but also young. Unfortunately being nearly an hour late and having no updates from staff left me feeling they lacked professionalism and organization. While I understand that things can come up, communication is crucial and there was not much communication. Everyone I did interact with was pleasant. I did not see doctor Rob physically at the office during this time.

After 22 years in the state of Alaska, I believe I have FINALLY found a “forever healthcare provider”! Perfect blend of professionalism and average-Joe. A working class military veteran who gives a damn and understands the common person’s plight.

I will never see a different doctor; if I can help it.

Dr. Rob is amazing. Our family has been with him since day 1 of his practice (and before at another medical facility). In each visit he listens and shares the latest research on your problem and will often do some additional research if needed. He never rushes and treats you like you are the only person in his office--which can sometimes lead to some wait time before your visit.
The fact that you have to plan ahead to get an appointment is a testimonial to just how good he is. He is worth the wait. However, they are very accommodating when more urgent care is needed.

Appreciate all the care that goes into each visit. From the front desk to the Doctor. They always fit us in, when we have a scare or questions.
Doctor Rob is rare, in that he listens and does very thorough research, he is always up to date on my past visits and life and is straight forward in his treatment approach. We think they are awesome!

Dr knows his stuff sure, dry and to the point. Make sure you have all questions to ask in 1 sitting because if you have a question later (even when discussed with the dr saying you can call back) a person in his staff is not kind at all and pretty sure she's the office manager. She's rude when you're obviously going through something and personally I don't appreciate it. I'm sure she wouldn't want to be treated this way if she was trying to figure out what's going on with her body. Long story short I'm the middle man to asking for more tests done and my insurance to approve it. Insurance wants things and she said that's not how things work. Now I'm at her mercy of when she wants to talk to the Dr about more tests for me. Switching doctors because I won't be treated like this. Figuring out what's wrong with your body is a priority and you shouldn't feel like you can't call your Dr or his office to get tests or answers.

Rob McRorie saw my family for well visits. Super personable and caring! It is clear that he is extremely knowledgable and knows his stuff. He was especially wonderful with our little one and a half year old. He blew up one of his gloves into a balloon (obviously she was supervised the entire time) and made sure to make the experience comfortable so that she wasn't ever afraid to come back. He made it fun for her and she absolutely adored him!

Rob helped save my life by catching a life threatening illness by being knowledgeable about new and ever changing developments in the medical field, that most doctors don’t seem interested in following after graduating school. He was caring, more like a friend than just another doctor. He followed up with me afterwards and had even did research and called with more helpful information. It’s where my whole family goes when we are ill. Thanks again Rob and Laura!

Before I ever read anything from their website, I just heard from word of mouth that KBM was an amazing place to be seen. That they truly care and listen. So I started having my family seen there and let me tell you. I just read today on their website what their services are about. Every word is true, caring, they listen, they help and they are there to help make an Empact on people. We all need someone who is caring in our life and I've never seen a Dr and staff more caring than KBeach Medical! ❤️
