Dr. E. Palmer is nothing shy of great. I was going through quite a rough patch and was extremely scared to open up and seek professional help. On day 1 he was extremely attentive and I felt like my issues were being heard and validated. I was referred here by one of my coworkers, and will definitely recommend to others that may be afraid to start that communication with a professional. My experience here has always been great! I’ve been doing monthly check ups for the last 4-5 months and every time has been amazing. I’ve never had any issues. They take very good care of me and my needs.

Dr. Palmer truly takes the time to listen. When I first reached out he was quick to respond. I highly recommend him. Gives you open space to share freely and is a constant. No scheduling issues. Doesn’t make you feel bad if you do happen to reschedule. Even when I feel so confused or stressed he helps me understand I am in control of my outcome. Has truly helped me put myself first. Does not press on topics, childhood or traumas but if you ask to revisit he is welcoming on the matter. I highly recommend him. I have had other therapist in the past but in my late 30’s I can tell you he is worth every dime. Recalls conversations which is refreshing to have. The professionalism he weighs in along with making you priority during sessions is what has kept me with his practice. My weekly dose of sanity.

Eric has been excellent! He is very quick to respond and got me scheduled very quickly. I've seen many psychiatric providers, and he is the first one who seems to truly listen to my concerns and take them into account when making a treatment plan. He helped me change medications slowly and safely. He is easy to get ahold of and really easy to talk to. I definitely recommend Eric!
