Incredible service… the entire team from the front desk, the technician, doctors and nurses were so kind, helpful and professional. For the first time in a long time I enjoyed coming to a doctor’s office. Will be making the Kendall South Medical Center my preferred medical facility.

Amazing service all the doctors are very helpful and listen to all your problems. Plus they have a variety of doctors for many different from dermatology to psychology. I’ve been with them for now 3 years and it’s been amazing I don’t have to go anywhere else to get seen by a specialist.

This place is a complete disaster and file false claims with your insurance. I had one PCP visit with this center with a doctor that I didn't even have an appointment with and only saw me for 5 minutes. I was the only one in the waiting room when I arrived and still had to wait for over an hour to bee seen by a random doctor. So much for a wellness exam. He literally did nothing during my visit. Just sat at his computer and asked me some questions and that was the end of the visit. I had a pap smear scheduled for the following week, but ended up cancelling because I no longer wanted to go there. I finally looked at my claims and they charged my insurance over $1000 dollar for services I didn't receive. They charged 5 different office visits for days that I did not go and also charged a pap smear that I did not receive. Completely unprofessional and the only reason I found out was because I randomly looked into my insurance claims. My insurance company is currently investigating the false claims that were paid to them. CHECK YOUR CLAIMS BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE SERVICES NEVER RECEIVED.

Great experience at this medical facility. The staff was very Attentive and I received great medical care during my visit. The nurse went above and beyond to make my visit smooth and painless. Very clean and well organized . I recommend this medical office for either PCP or other medical needs.
