Dr Kenneth Aquilino has been my doctor for at least 15 years. He is knowledgable and helpful! I bring my list of questions to the appointment. If I need a referral that gets taken care of.
If I call the office ahead of my yearly physical and ask for yearly lab tests to be done, an order goes to the Holyoke Hospital across the parking lot and I can go have my blood drawn before the appointment when I have time. Then I am able to discuss results and see if I need to address an issue at the appointment.
I have felt comfortable asking questions and Doctor Aquilino has answered. I can also call the office if I have another question later. He is a good doctor.

I have had him as my PCP for several years. He us very attentive, takes to the time to listen to patient concerns and is proactive in ruling out potential health issues. Great Dr, have recommended him to many.

Didn't spend any time ask a few questions, he didn't listen to my heart or lungs or my lymph nodes. Waited an hour to see him for 15 minutes not happy.

Dr.Aquilino took the time to listen to my concerns with my current PCP retiring soon and the need to transfer to a new PCP in the office. I also want to give much deserved accolades to the lead office person Holly and the practice manager Tricia for taking their time to hear my concerns and help alleviate them. The office staff there have always been very helpful and understanding and I cant say thanks enough.
