Kensington Place feels like home, with a caring, compassionate, accommodating staff.
Its warm, inviting interior is well decorated and comfortable to walk into.
I arrived on pet visit day and there was live music, dogs, and a special Passover celebration.
As hard as memory care is, being able to feel made at home and have my mother attended to in such a focused way is nice for everyone.

I visited Kensington’s Place open house on October 31, and the experience was outstanding. The food was not only delicious but also of high quality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and it was heartwarming to see the residents actively engaged and genuinely happy.

I walked in as a partner in the community and got the chance to talk with Charlie at the front counter and was greeted with such kindness and professionalism. I also got to meet with Mariella and she was a very kind person. It was such an excellent experience!

Kensington Place care team and overall management have been so supportive and respectful to my mother since the moment she moved in. She is treated with dignity and kindness everyday. The staff involves her in a variety of activities and they even provide weekly local outings which she particularly enjoys. I feel so much less stress since she moved to Kensington Place. I know she is getting such excellent care.

Kensington takes such good care of mom! Every time I go there there are people encouraging her and looking out for her, and they really do work as a team to take care of everyone. There are all kinds of events to bring joy to the residents and to bring families together. I couldn’t chose a better place for mom.

My 90-year old dad is at The Kensington and it has exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The level of care and the quality of the staff — from nursing to caregivers to management—are extraordinary. The food is exceptional. No need goes unmet at the Kensington. My dad and I are so happy he is there.

Do not choose this facility for your loved ones. They physically and emotionally harmed my mother Executive Director ordered medication without family or PCP knowledge and administered. Had knives left available in memory care.
