Lorraine was Absolutely fantastic today helping me navigate getting into a female OB/GYN. She went above and beyond, was professional, kind and respectful. I have been a leader for over 30 years and I would hire her any day . Take care of that girl! She is a treasure. She was transparent, humble and didn't get upset that my request became complicated for her to navigate . She did it with grace . I called today around 4:30pm to schedule a ride they put me on hold and then don’t even pick the back up. So I called again a different lady answers she scheduled my ride and my roll call about 10 minutes go by with out me getting a text or a call about my ride so I call it in and they tell me exactly what car is coming for me and the last 3 of the driver’s license plate I wait ANOTHER 10 minutes before calling in and they answer and the lady that picked up said I didn’t have a medication pick up…WHY MAKE ME WAIT OR CALL SO MANY DAMN TIMES TO ASK YOU THEN YOU TELL ME IVE CALLED COUNTLESS TIMES WITHIN THE LAST HR WAITING FOR A RIDE… KERN FAMILY HEALTH CARE DOESN’T TEXT YOU OR CALL YOU LETTING YOU KNOW IF THEY HAVE SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULED YOU A RIDE AND WHEN DID THEY START TO MAKE AURE YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OR A MEDICATION PICK UP IVE NEVER HAD TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS NEEDED I ADDED A PICTURE BELOW ON HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED THEM

The absolute worst health care I have ever received, two crushed vertebreas in my spine and I'm being denied proper health care, I suffer every day and night they have no idea what it's like every thing my doctor tries to do denied ridiculous. ?

There's something really fishy with this company because my mom book a day before for transport and as it came to the call for transport the company booked her with a unlisted and unlicensed company transport

On occasions they have denied procedures that to them were not medically necessary. In my case it would have been a question of quality of life and without the procedure more complications are imminent. Preventive medical treatments should be given a thorough review before being denied. I was informed by my physician that they had allowed another patient the same procedure but denied my request.

I'd give them a 4.5. Mainly because my fiancés address was changed on her account without her knowledge. It really messed up a lot of things. They still don't know how it happened. Besides that, the service there was great. Quick and friendly.

Not for Asian immigrants. I have three advanced degrees (two Bachelor's degrees and a MBA) and most of the people who interviewed me don’t have anything beyond a high school degree. Their insecurities stem from the overall environment in Kern County where people want to maintain the status quo and are comfortable in their positions and feel threatened when someone who is more experienced and qualified is on the other side of the interview process. Look elsewhere. This is an updated review from August 2024.
