I have been a patient of Dr Harris close to two years now. She is thorough when she first sees you and evaluates your medical needs. Key word is she listens. We searched high and low for a family Dr. for our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). Dr. Harris saw 3/4 family members. It was a mix of her lack of concern and the horrible office staff that convinced us never to return. Our 4-year-old was very sick, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone to help. To top it off - My wife went in telling Dr. Harris that something was off with her, she was beyond exhausted during the day and was having horrible night sweats. Dr. Harris told her to join a young mom support group and brushed off her symptoms as being a busy mom to young kids, about 6 months later my wife was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Thanks Dr. Harris for brushing her off and belittling her concerns to you. Do not recommend.

In general, doctor visits make me feel anxious, but Dr. Harris makes me feel at ease and is thorough. Also, I feel she understands the transitions we go through as women in our 40’s. Book your appointment on a Friday if you want less wait time out front.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Harris! I've been seeing her now close to 3 yrs and she never disappoints. She dives deep into the problem with a sympathetic spirit. Dr. Harris is fantastic. Her front office staff and billing department need some improvement. I specifically told them, adamantly, which insurance to bill my recent visit to, and they still submitted it to the wrong insurance company. I called the office to advise them of their mistake and I received no response. The issue has not been corrected as I just received a second bill for the same appointment. I’m ready to find another doctor. It’s a shame because Dr. Harris, herself, really is wonderful.

Dr Harris is an excellent doctor. By far the best i’ve ever experienced. She takes her time with me and explains things thoroughly. I feel like she is very clear w her approach and my health is well looked after with Dr Harris. Hopefully i can keep her as my doctor forever

I went once and only once. Front desk didnt really impress. This didnt have to mean Dr Kimala Harris would be the same. Unfortunately it did. Im young but have had a severe chronic issue since elementary school that has never been addressed due to unfortunate circumstances. And she was the first PCP I’ve seen in many years. I was very nervous. When explaining my issue she interrupted several times with an attitude and said “Since elementary school? Why havent you had this issue handled?” And she wasnt asking out of concern. She asked because (and I can only guess) she thought I came in for pills. She then proceeded to interrogate me as to why these issues have never been addressed IN DETAIL. She even said “you are how old and you havent taken care of this?” Yes, unfortunately I have had to do almost everything on my own and only about 3 years ago was fortunate enough to have insurance. And I explain (again) Im not here for pills but answers. She dismissed half of my concerns and offered over the counter solutions (as if I had not already tried). The main issue she kind of entertained, she even sent me for an xray. The xray tech was confused as to why she sent me for an xray when an MRI would be more helpful. But I tried to give Dr Harris a chance. I later received a call from her office - not from her but her front desk who, again, doesn’t care- that the xray was unremarkable and just take advil….Really? This was after I explained I want to know what the ultimate issue is for my pain (im not here for pills because I am aware that OTC pain killers work when Im desperate.) I later left a message with the office to request further imaging (an MRI as the xray tech suggested) in order to figure out whats wrong. Its been about …. a year since I left that message. I dont think she is calling back and I dont think cares. The only reason I give her and the practice two stars is because they have availability. Now I understand why. Sincerely, Disappointed.
