Kaylee is amazing. I get shots in my knee and shoulder and she gets it every time. I’m so thankful for her for getting me out of pain. She is also a very empathetic person will spend as much time with you as you need. I just adore her. Thank you for having her.

I was treated extremely bad. The nurse wrapping my cast kept talking over the top of me, and when asked to stop she started a screaming match. Than she pushed out in the middle of the hallway in my wheelchair, told me to have a miserable day, and left me there. I can’t say the quality of the DR because I threw my return appointment in the trash, and I’m headed to Bullhead where they are REAL medical professionals. KRMC emergency room staff are good, but the rest of that medical organization in it’s entirety should be replaced.

I have been a patient of KRMC Orthopedics for about 10 years +/-. I have NEVER had a bad experience. It appears some folks can't be satisfied if they were hung with a new rope. I have had two knee replacements and the knees are great! Kaylee Herrero and Dr. Davis are fantastic. If you don't like the service, MOVE.

My mother had emergency surgery September 19 to fix a broken arm and the surgeon will not see her for a followup to her surgery! They have rescheduled her 4 or 5times. Service is BAD. We just moved here from Phoenix and the medical care here is awful!. Now, nobody will see my mother because he did the surgery. I'm going to the medical board. I'm a complete mess. ?

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:25 and due to traffic I was a few minutes late and they refused to see me. I begged them explaining I was in pain and had driven from bullhead city to Kingman for the appointment and the lady laughed and told me I had to reschedule for next week. The receptionist acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me at all. Very disappointed at the treatment 🙁

Everytime I explained what was going on the orthopedic kept rolling her eyes and not listening to what I was saying. They do not care about you.... I will put name when I find it.

Put on the waiting list& followed through for an appt.,when he arrived.
