Over an hour and a half wait for a simple.rive panel drug screen. Drank water prior to rest, had to wait so long I had to go before the test. Extremely inefficient.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a follow up appointment for a workplace injury and when I arrived I was turned away with the, less than professional, receptionist stated my provider went home sick. I then received a letter along with my employer stating I no showed. In the long conversation with the so called manager insinuating I was lying about showing up and that is what's noted. Along with how strange it is that the provider saw three other patients after my appointment time. I now have issues with my employer over a workplace injury that was poorly handled by the staff here.

the front desk receptionist is so rude. when asking a simple question “do you guys take card?” she responded in the most rude unprofessional tone “no do you see a card reader here!? this is a doctors office!” Practically yelling over a simple yes or no question. when she handed over some paper work she kept saying in that same rude tone to go take a seat and wouldn’t let me finish any of my questions. when finally taking a seat she snapped at me for my id and payment which is what i was trying to ask about in the first place before she rudely told me to sit down.

Extremely unprofessional, I would give 0 stars if I could. The girls at the front are very rude but when there are men coming in they are very flirty with them. Very unprofessional attitude, definitely need new front staff and not so many young girls with no customer service.

They get you in pretty quickly, however they seem to rush you out. I was seen and was told I would get pain meds shots. They send me out with out them even though I was told I would. I was in so much pain. On top of that they screwed up my paperwork. My address was totally wrong had out of state address. Phone number wrong. I couldn't even get my prescription because my info didn't match. The staff was rude, handed my papers back like throwing them at me. They even shredded important paper work without asking me If I needed it. I left feeling like I made a mistake coming here. Now I have to go through more trouble to fix my paperwork for workman's comp.

Had a ankle contusion they put me on regular duty even though I had a lot of pain had to miss 2 week of work because every time I take a step hurt me like hell plus they only game a pain relief of 200 instead of giving me something for the inflammation I had

I've been going there about 1 year. Dr. Eric Sorenson is Great. Took care of my pain and explained my options. The staff is accommodating to my schedule.

I been in Dr Henderson care for over a year and it’s been good he always take care of wherever I need the wait time its fair can’t complain so far all good
