I do not recommend and looks like several others here have had similar experiences with Kinwell. Went in for my yearly physical exam in early October which I confirmed was covered in full by my insurance provider prior to the visit. Seemed like a normal visit and was asked about my overall well-being but the actual exam only lasted 15 minutes and total time in office was an hour. I received results from blood work in about a day from MyChart and waited a full week before I ended up calling in to the office to get an over the phone review. I've never experienced a physical where a nurse doesn't proactively contact the patient for a blood work review. I was finally contacted back 8 days later to review results. 2 weeks passed and I receive notification that the visit cost $300 and insurance would only cover approximately 20%. This was set up as a physical appointment (again, my insurance would have covered in full) and there was nothing at all out of the ordinary that came out of the visit. I immediately reached out via MyChart cause you can't get anyone on the phone and was told that because I was asked about my overall well-being and I said anything about a concern, the visit was coded as an "office visit" and therefore classified as non-preventative which is billed to insurance. Nothing was disclosed ahead of time or during the visit that if the patient says anything that we'd be entering billed territory. Highly deceptive and predatory. Do not come here unless you're looking to be up charged or gouged.

This place is fantastic! Chad health wanted me to wait 2 months for an appointment. They got me in next day and did labs onsite, got prescription and cured. Amazing service. Quick. Not busy. Nice people. Timothy Baggs is a fantastic provider

Kinwell is absolutely horrible. Went in for a simple referral and multiple unnecessary labs were ordered for all kinds of tests I didn't need. When I received an outrageous 400$ bill for a 30 minute meeting where the doctor was only in the room for less than 5 minutes I called to talk with their billing department. They LITERALLY do not have someone you can talk to in billing. The only way you can contact their billing department is to send them a message from MYCHART. They take their sweet time responding with the most generic answer possible that completely ignored my request for explanation. Steer clear of this SCAM of a place. I worked in healthcare for years and the way they do business is not at all the way the majority of clinics do it. Find ANYWHERE else to go. If I could leave zero stars I would.

The medical assistant Christina is so rude and condescending, she made my mom feel like she had no time for her or her questions. She was really rude when another Medical assistant said something to her. Bit her head off in front of us. That is so unprofessional. We will not be back.

I have been in need of a new primary doctor. Not only was I able to get in the next day, I felt heard by my doctor. I went with the intention of just talking about my primary problem (as usually happens at appointments, as it seems therrs no time for talking about anything else but the problem at hand). Not only did he actually review my family history, he asked me questions and voiced opinions and what he would like to do to figure things out. I left feeling like I am actually going to get all of my health concerns figured out. I would 100% recommend going to see Dr. Mark Hoover.

I recently had my initial medical consultation with Dr. David Song Ko at Kinwell. I was impressed by the professionalism displayed by both Dr. Ko and the entire staff, including the receptionist. Dr. Ko attentively listened to all my concerns and promptly arranged referral for further attention I am delighted to have established care at Kinwell and look forward to continued excellent service.
