One of the most amazing professional experiences I’ve ever had. She was very thorough and makes you feel at ease and takes her time with you. The stretching techniques really benefited me and has changed my outlook on stretching daily. Truly worth the time and money. You will not be disappointed with her and her professionalism.

I went into this class having never received a Thai massage or ever really looked into it, truly with fresh eyes. I could not have asked for a better teacher and learning experience. Khinya was very informative and thorough in teaching us in such a natural way, you could really feel the Thai culture in everything we did. In those 5 days I learned so much more than how to give a Thai massage. I also learned the value of and how to slow down and check in with myself as well, so I may show up as my best self for my clients and in everyday life. I am counting the days until I can go back for Level 2. 15/10 recommend!!

I absolutely LOVE coming here! The massage therapist, Khinya, is so attentive. She's incredibly knowledgeable, confident and gentle with her touch. I feel like a new woman every time I leave the studio. If you haven't been then you MUST check out this space. It looks like a Thomas Kinkade painting. I cannot recommend this experience enough, you simply have to go see for yourself.

I Reccomend Kirinyaga Wellness most highly. I have personally seen great improvement in
Range of motion, balance and strength in the first couple of visits for Thai Massage.
As a Family Practice physician I reccomend
