I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Urszula Kozińska, who is an exceptional doctor and a truly kind and compassionate person. Although I do not reside in Poland, she went above and beyond to assist me remotely. She consistently initiated communication, including phone calls, and guided me toward the right solution for my situation.

Even when she was unavailable, Dr. Kozińska ensured I received the best care by redirecting me to Dr. Szymanski, whom I also want to commend as an excellent surgeon.

I deeply appreciate Dr. Kozińska's dedication to her profession and her admirable personal qualities. Her support and professionalism have made a significant difference in my experience, and I am incredibly grateful.

Not what I expected after reading all the positive reviews. Maybe if you need a serious surgery you can consider it, for a person searching for hair loss remediative methods, i believe it is not worth the money.
First, my visit has been moved, to what I agreed, do that itself is fine. But then I waited for the visit 45 minutes, which still would be fine if the visit was longer that 15 minutes itself.
As for dr Turkowski he is probably a good specjalist for hair transplantation, but he was not a specialist for women's hair loss, as he mentioned himself. So the question is why when I was booking my appointment this was not mentioned to me?
Then, as the visit was a gift, it was paid for beforehand. While booking the visit based on my voucher i got the confirmation that the payment was indeed made. But then we needed to still rediscuss it at the counter after the visit because the receptionist did not put the note about the payment or whatever. And we were already late because of the overall delay.
I also did not appreciate staff's whispering around when we started to get frustrated with the situation.
So, all i all I will not continue any treatment there I'm afraid.
