Jestem “świeżo”po zabiegu implantologicznym w Malo Clinic ( 14.X.’24)
Nie mogę wyjść z podziwu nad profesjonalizmem i jakością wykonania usługi.
Mój zabieg przeprowadził dr Armando Lopez , któremu bardzo dziękuję .
Po kilku godzinach pobytu wróciłam do domu z pełnym uzębieniem .
Zachwyt wzbudza podejście do pacjenta nacechowane troską i wrażliwością np oczekiwanie na implant odbywa się w komfortowych warunkach w pokoiku z kanapą , kocykiem , telewizorem)
To niewątpliwie wyjątkowe miejsce nacechowane empatią i rodzinną atmosferą.
Bardzo dziękuję WSZYSTKIM , którzy tego dnia otaczali mnie opieką .
Z przyjemnością wracać będę na kolejne wizyty.

Była to moja pierwsza i ostatnia wizyta w tej placówce ponieważ jakkolwiek sama wizyta u lekarza przebiegła pozytywnie tak obsługa pani z recepcji, pani koordynator Bianki, pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pani jest opryskliwa wobec pacjentów i swoich współpracowników. Warto zwrócić uwagę na jakość rozmowy. Nie powinno się jeść w trakcie obsługi potencjalnego klienta.
